great hostel near Sasuntsi Davit metro station. extremely nice owner. good kitchen, facilities and hot showers. good wifi.
stayed at the beginning and end of my month trip in Armenia. would come back again.

The best hostel I have used in Yerevan and indeed Armenia. Superbly situated close to all facilities like shops, supermarkets, buses, the Metro, railway station, trolley buses and marshrutky. Comfortably clean and well run with a good working kitchen and seating area. I highly recommend this establishment.

Had a great (6) days staying here even though I'm alone but I don't feel like one because I feel like home. Staffs was so kind, friendly and respectful. Thank so much for making my stay memorable. The hostel was definitely recommendable. Keep it up guys.

I stayed two nigths in this hostel. The staff was very friendly, he showed me everything in the hostel. Everything was clean. This place is about ~10 minutes from the train station and also metro station "Sasuntsi David". Supermarkets and fast food places are nearby, so the location is good (it's a little bit hard to find it if you go from the metro station).
It's a very basic hostel, so don't expect too much, but for this price, it's totally reasonable.

The place is awesome! The host is great and the atmosphere is super friendly. I was very sad to leave. The place is very clean, there's enough space for everyone. Although the hostel isn't right in the city center but it's 3min from the subway and it's not a problem to get to the center.

Cozy place where it feels like at home. Good location, close to metro station, just 10 min away by car from city center, grocery store in the building next to it, hospital across the street. Owner is very kind and helpful. Stayed here in the summer and came back again in the winter. Definitely recommend this place.

Place is really really nice the stuff is even better very clean hostel with new items and the owner is one of bests...the hostel location is perfect its 3 min from metro station...highly recommended

Hostel isn't located in city centre but its near to the metro station just 5 min on foot so it's great and Vahram is friendly and always ready to help he's also speaking English fluently and help us about everything, best thing about hostel for me it was kitchen you can find every equipment there for preparing foods, the room was totally clean and he gave us also clean towels, you can also use washing machine (additional fee) and there was also laundry room with heater, iron etc I was really satisfied during our stay it was best hostel in Yerevan.

価格よし、スタッフよし。エレバンで安宿に泊まるならここでしょう。
ただ、エアコンはないのと虫で夏場は厳しい。エレバンではホテルのが良いかも
