Uk embassies in general are the worst. We applied for visa on 28th of October and were told that within 15 days we would get our passports. Its today the 19th day and still we haven't received them. Today (16th of November) we had our flights but we had to cancel because of them and lose a lot of time and money. Still its unclear when the passports will be delivered. They have no concern about people. Even though they ask for flight details, they don't consider it. For those who are going to apply, check that you have a big gap of three weeks at least between your flight and applying date before you do that.

We have been unable to speak with ANYONE at the consular service or from the embassy in general. They are closed due to pandemic. What a joke. Can't one person answer calls from home? We will have to call embassies in other countries to get urgent advice.

Worst customer service ever. Why do you even have an email address if you do not respond to enquiries? Haven't seen such negligence anywhere. Ridiculous!
