Breakfast 🥞🍳 is good.
Staff is nice. Speaks English well and helpful.
Walking distance from groceries, restaurant and 24 hours money exchange.
Highly recommended.

Best option for budget rooms. Small but neat rooms. Nice service and breakfast. Very good staff. Only downside is that there is no elevator.

comfortable rooms with everything(kettle, hair dryer,AC), helpfull staff, breakfasts are delicious

A beautiful, cosy and affordable way of spending your time in Yerevan. Very close to the heart of the city, at the same time protected from it`s noisy parts. The super friendly staff here is a great plus, which will make your stay even better.

I recommend this hotel. It has comfortable rooms, good view, interesting design and it's location is what I need - just 1 min to Republic Square, it's metro station, and there are lots of famous cafes and restaurants nearby. I would also like to mention the staff of Picnic Hospitality, very friendly and kind people.

Budget travellers hotel, they have nice breakfast, the place is near to the famous Republic Square, near to 24hrs convenient store, shops, atms, easy to get cabs here.The room is always clean and staff are friendly, good free wifi and they have delicious ala carte for lunch. Definitely love to stay here when I go back and good value for money.

Perfect place and affordable price. Comfy bedding and good tour packages. My recommendation to everyone who is hesitating.

Le personnel a l accueil parle anglais pour la plupart.

Отель, хоть и маленький, но очень уютный. Главное достоинство - буквально 3-5 минут ходьбы до центра города. Персонал приветливый. Особенные слова благодарности Лиллит и Оганезу. Спасибо, что нашли возможность поселить нас в номер отеля с самого утра, как только мы прилетели и во всем нам помогали.
