Avis Armenia

Avis Armenia are scammers.
Do not contract the service with this company. They tell you that everything is correct upon delivery of the keys and after half an hour they charge you 3000 AMD indicating that the car is dirty.

A wonderful city where you can eat the best abricots of the world /prunus armeniaca/. you'll see a real hospitality here. I
recommande everyone to visit this small 2800-years-old city

Everything was fine! Friendly staff and nice car

The staff is quite friendly, the office is in the entrance of an hotel. Pay attention as you have tompay 3000dram if you don‘t wash the car yourself, however this quite cheap as some washing stations ask you 4000-5000dram!

Our car had 90.000km but had damages like it would be 15 years old.
What we didn‘t like is that some things are repaired quite provisional (see photo). So in summary the car was rocked down, and their pub „we have a modern fleet“ is not quite right…
Well in the end everything was okay, but zhe worst car of avis I‘ve ever had :-)

Bonne voiture, loueur roublard. Peu importe si vous rendez la voiture Propre, il vous fera quand même payer le nettoyage. Alors ne vous prenez pas la tête pour la laver avant de la rendre

Regarding pick up and drop off, everything was convinient. They charge a 300 Euro deposit for the car which they refund 3 weeks after drop off - so bear this in mind. Also, for drop off, they don't have any parking spots so you will have to hunt in the city center to return the car.
Finally, the cars that they have are very old. Do not expect the same standards as Avis in other countries. If you want a nice modern car, better go to Sixt or some other international car rental brand.

I showed up 30 min early to return the car only to find that they don't actually have an office in Yerevan city. They made me wait until the designated time, then he was 10 min late.

Для информации, по этому адресу никто постоянно не находится, надо заранее договариваться о встрече.
Самое неприятное произошло при сдаче машины. Мы за полтора часа предупредили, что приедем. Прибыли минута в минуту. Ждали их около часа (!). По приезде первое, что мы услышали от них было не "Здравствуйте", а "Ребят, ну это не дело. Вы ведь брали машину в 22:00, значит и сдавать должны в 22:00, а не в 18:00!". Меня это просто убило, никакого конструктивного диалога с такими людьми выстроить невозможно.
Еще один минус: нам отдали машину с неполным баком, хотя на приборной панели он светился полным. Простая арифметика: компьютер считает, сколько он сжег топлива. За время моей поездки он насчитал 51 литр, а залил я (до полного бака) 66 литров. Итого, я подарил им 15 литров бензина. Разумеется, когда я об этом сказал, услышал "Ты когда брал, я тебе же показывал приборку!" (это дословно).
Единственное, к чему не было претензий - к машине (брали renault duster, отличный автомобиль для дорог в Армении).

Esperienza pessima. Sconsiglio caldamente a chiunque di usufruire dei loro servizi. Scammers con servizio pessimo al cliente.
All’arrivo ovviamente la macchina che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile (Duster) e la loro proposta è stata di offrirci una macchina notevolmente inferiore sia a livello di prestazioni che di prezzo (Kia Picanto). Alla fine siamo riusciti a negoziare per una Sandero... allo stesso prezzo di partenza senza nessuno sconto.
Meet And Greet all'aeroporto disatteso.
Le clausole nel contratto di noleggio abbastanza fraudolente in quanto chiedono un cospicuo compenso in caso non sia rispettato l'obbligo di lavare la macchina prima della riconsegna (etc).
All'orario stabilito per la riconsegna del veicolo, non era presente nessuno e causa volo che dovevamo prendere abbiamo dovuto riconsegnare le chiavi allo staff dell'hotel.

Infine la parte più allucinante e criminale ci sono stati “bloccati” dalla carta di debito 300 euro, dicendoci che ci sarebbero stati restituiti dopo 20 giorni. A 3 mesi dal noleggio, ancora non ci sono stati restituiti i soldi e l’azienda continua a non fornirci nessun tipo di soluzione, tranne dirci che il problema è della nostra banca italiana (cosa assolutamente non vera, come confermato dalla banca stessa). Siamo costretti a procedere con una denuncia alle autorità nella speranza di riavere il denaro.
Sconsiglio caldamente di noleggiare qualsiasi mezzo da questa compagnia, quantomeno in Armenia.

Procederò con una denuncia nella speranza di riavere il denaro.

Heute hatte ich einen Unfall mit Fremdverschulden. Bei Anruf im Avis Büro war reines Chaos. Mir wurde die Telefonnummer vom falschen Versicherungsunternehmen gegeben. Die Polizei wollte man informieren aber ob sie es getan haben weiß ich nicht. Ich bin über die Art und Weise des Services enttäuscht.

Машину выдали ниже классом , чем бронировали и со сломанным боковым зеркалом,альтернатив никаких не было.
Требовали отдельно доплатить за мойку при возвращении машины.
