I can only recommend this company.
We were greeted at the airport with my name on a sign by a very friendly and spontanious employee.

Went through all the documents quickly but correctly with lots of information and tips about the traffic rules in Armenia.

Showed us the damage (scratches) the car already had and told us to record it as well.
Very honest company.
The car was in perfect condition and we didnt have any problems with it.

Dropping off the car was surprisingly quick, only 5 minutes of checking for damages,... and we were off to the airport.

I definitely recommend this company and will rent a car with them again on my next trip!

My best car rental experience so far. The staff was very polite, professional, and responsive. All preparations took about 15 minutes, and the process of returning the car only took 5 minutes.

Also, I’m not a very experienced driver, so I accidentally caused a minor damage to the rear bumper. I was fully instructed on the steps I should take. I had purchased a full insurance package, so there are no complaints.

I'm in Yerevan 2x a year, and rent a car or SUV every time during my stay. This is the first time using LocalCars, and will continue. Vehicle was new, clean, good tread on tire, competitive price and great service. I learned they have airport pick up service, which I will certainly use when I'm back in the spring.
