no support, no nothing I lost my ticket for no reason because of unprofessionalism at Zvartnots..Whether or not you are checked in it doesn't matter at all for them.. the worst experience ever with this company and their employees. You have arrived before the boarding time, you are checked in and can't fly. That's very logical

Irresponsible approach to my already booked flight, they canceled it offering impossible route as a compensation. They think they can fool people to play unethical and cheap game to make extra money in the high season. Well I want to advice everyone here. Do not do my mistake and trust them. Pay extra with another airline and save yourself the trouble and the headache. NEVER AGAIN with LOT. I know this is the case with a lot of people like me who became victims of the greediness of this irresponsible company.

Terrible airline, terrible service. After unilaterally cancelling our tickets, refused any sort of refund.

My experience with this airline was awful. The flight was cancelled and all the passengers were waiting in the airplane without any concrete information for more than 4 hours, no apologies and no reasonable communication were attempted by the staff. No food was given to us, even snacks during all our stay in the airplane.

Do NOT use this company, save your nerves and money.

My grandmother flew with LOT Polish Airlines from Los Angeles to Yerevan and her flight was delayed for over 10 hours plus her luggages were lost for over 5 days. She was left with no clothes and many things were stolen from her luggage. Also, the customer service was terrible, no one knew what they were doing.

The worst service ever received in their head office of Armenia. Called to get some flight info, & the customer agent was very rude & unprofessional. LOT Polish airlines should carefulky choose their employees, especially when they are new evolving company, which is competing with other airlines in the region.
In other words, this would be my last time using their services...& Sure hope this review would be read by the company management.
