In 2017 we booked our apartment through Hyur Service as well as meet & assist at Yerevan Airport. We Also took several tours in and around Yerevan as far as Tatev Monastery. The apartment was clean, Flat TV Air-conditioned, with washing machinee and elevator. The group tours always started at the exact announced time. The drivers and guides were very professional and the service representatives were Knowledgeable and fluent in several languages. Everything was arranged and executed perfectly. We hope to visit Armenia for the third time in 2020 and most definitely we are going to choose Hyur Service. The best service!

We were a group of 16 pax from Malaysia and Singapore looking for a tour operator for Georgia and Armenia. We have contacted many tour operators in Georgia and Armenia. Some took a long time to revert and some quoted us outrageous pricing.

a. Tour guide in Georgia (Levan Dvali) . He is fun, witty, great sense of humor, helpful, energetic, creative, patience, knowledgeable and a great photographer. He was making our trip to Georgia very enjoyable.

b. Tour guide in Armenia (Mariam Margaryan), She is fun loving, kind, friendly, lively, knowledgeable, detailed , helpful and professional. We enjoyed her company very much.

Our first time in our homeland and we couldn’t have been more eager to see the historical sites we had learned about throughout our lives.

We used Hyur Service twice during our two-week stay in Yerevan and we’re extremely pleased with their services. Not only were the driver and guide extremely knowledgeable and personable (Hi Samvel and Norig!), but their personalities shined brightly through both excursions.

Bonus points for offering cold water and air conditioned vehicles during a very hot July in Yerevan.

I booked a tour with Hyur Serviceto Nagorno-Karabakh and enjoyed it immensely. The tour was well designed and put together in an interesting and flowing manner. The cathedrals we visited were beautiful, and it was a privilege to experience Stepanakert. Hyur is a great company, but what brought the tour to life is Karine, the guide. She knew endless amounts of history, facts, stories and was up to date on the political situation. In addition, the driver Khatchik, was extremely professional and personable.
I often hesitate to do group tours because they can become unpleasant very quickly if people don't get along. Speaking English, Russian and Armenian, Karine took care of everyone, making them feel valued and important and at the end of several days it felt like one big happy family.
After traveling and touring in over 50 countries I will say without a doubt Hyur Service is the best tour company I have chosen and Karine was the best guide I have ever had.

Профессиональный гид, интересно было случать. Солблюдались тайминги: нигде не задерживались, но и не неслись в мыле, чтобы все посмотреть. И это при том, что группы смешанные, половину времени на русском + половину на английском. Потрясающе как гид переключается между группами. Очень рады, что поехали, хотя и изначально не планировали, так как дождь

Все было комфортно, автобус удобный, все новое, чувствовали себя в безопасности, водитель аккуратный

J ai utilisé les services de Hyur service pour 4 excursions. Que du bonheur! Un choix important de voyages avec plusieurs itinéraires chaque jour. Les guides sont très professionnelles et savent partager leurs connaissances et l amour de leur patrie et de son fabuleux patrimoine. Les minibus et les autocars sont récents (confortables et climatisés). Quant aux prix : rien à dire, ils sont super compétitifs. Les personnes du bureau sont efficaces. Je recommande sans réserves.

Очень хорошая кампания, терпеливо помогли выбрать экскурсии, но ,к сожалению ,принимают только наличные и местную валюту, были от этой кампании на двух экскурссиях,автобусы хорошие, а вот с одним гидом не повезло, рассказывала мало,вяло и не интересно, как обычно провезли только по магазинам,а на храм светового дня не хватило, хотя он заслуживает больше внимания,чем винный магазин, но мы всеравно ходили туда с телефонными фонариками, так как к храму не проведено электричество, помог нам местный старик,рассказал немного историю храма, а гид так и не вышла из автобуса, типо надо вам,сами идите, очень печально , что из-за таких людей портится впечатление
