Like this place. One of the must haves to visit in Yerevan. You can take tour with tasting cognac at the end. You can book a tour in advance on their website.

Detailed tour with great guide who gives you insights into cognac production. It’s well-organized, educational and entertaining. Reasonable price (4500 AMD), which includes tasting of 3 and 7 year-old cognacs. Recommend taking a 10 am tour to avoid crowds.

I was one person so I imagine this is why the let me in without a booking. I get the feeling that bookings are required and you must go through as part of a guided tour.
Amazing to see and then experience the brandy tasting. All up can be about 40 mins to an hour.

Our visit to this cognac factory in Armenia was thoroughly enjoyable. The tour was comprehensive and our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated to a tasting, which was a delightful addition to the tour. The price for the tour represented excellent value for money.

Our guide also offered advice on whether to purchase the cognac or not, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this tour, particularly as this cognac is among the most well-known and highly esteemed in Armenia.

The tour was very informative and the place was very modern. Staff are really friendly and they entertain questions during the tour especially on the brandy tasting. The tasting was a good experience too it also comes with a bottle of water and chocolate that really compliments the taste of the brandy. We enjoyed everything and we highly recommend to add the tour into your next Yerevan itinerary!

Ararat is definitely worth a visit and when you do decide to visit you must opt for the premium tour! An awesome experience tasting some of the best brandy in the world. The premium tour includes a flight a of the 10, 15, and 20 year old varieties and they are so good. The highlight, outside of the drinks, was the Peace Barrel. Such a cool concept and a reminder of what is going on in the region. Highly recommend checking this out while in Yerevan.

Friendly staff, supports tours in all 3 languages. The museum had a good history, very pleasant sampling experience with 3 cognacs of different ages and thorough explanation of how drink and enjoy it. They also sell custom bottles that are not found elsewhere.

Tour starts on time, don’t be late! You have to make your bookings online then pay when you arrive. It was well organised, well curated and it was a real treat to try the Brandy at the end of the tour. If you do not know how to drink Brandy, have no fear, your guide will take you through the tasting teaching you how to smell swirl and enjoy. Lovely afternoon spent here!

If you have some spare time in Yerevan, this museum should be in the top 5 places to visit.
In an authentic environment within the factory itself, you will learn the magic of creating authentic brandy and the history of brandy making in Ararat.
After learning about it, you will have the pleasure of a guided tasting.

We are not into brandy. Actually we don't like brandy. But thanks God we said yes to this tour. With very low expectations we headed to the Ararat Factory/Museum.
We were immediately greeted by the lovely guides. Museum is nicely built, a beautiful building and a cool sanctuary in July's heat. The tour guides were lovely, patient, well informed.
The tasting at the end was both delicious and fun. It took only 2 hours to change our opinions about the brandy.
We ended up buying several bottles of brandy and no regrets.
Since brandy plays an important part in Armenia's social life, a visit to Yerevan is meaningless without going to Ararat Museum. Opt for a premium tour, spare at least 2 hours for the visit and enjoy!

Nice experience. We booked the tour in advance, but only 3 days earlier. Excellent English speaking guide. Brandy tasting is included at the end of the tour. A bit more than 1 hour the whole tour.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is surprising, but you can get alcohol cheaper in the souvenir shop than in the local supermarkets!!!!!!

I thought this was a pretty good tour. Our guide was charming and enthusiastic and was responsive to the varied audience. The tour was of about the right length and the tasting was especially well done in a really nice room which resembled a huge brandy barrel on its side. It was informative and interesting. Much to my surprise the group immediately in front of us included the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby and leaders of other churches.

This is one of the main thing you should visit. Here you can taste the city and the country, feel it's warm and relax. In the museum you can take an excursion and there is a small shop here.

Lovely tour of the factory, I’ve had a brandy tasting. I’ve been on the English tour that costed 10.000 AMD.
The tasting was great and was nicely guided.
