This hotel is so much good for the price. In our last day and we already checked out, our flight was delayed and we came back here to leave our bags but they gave us to stay until the time of our flight. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I very much recommend this hotel when coming to Armenia.

I highly recommends this hotel, Location is walkable distance from Metro. Restaurants, super market, ATM all are near. Room is clean and calm. 3Girls, Receptionist, Roomservice girl and one making breakfast all are so supportive and helpful.

The hotel is located in a very accessible place,you can either walk or take the metro to the city center.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they make your stay very pleasant.
The highlight of the hotel is the amazing breakfast which is served from 9_11 and it is absolutley delicious.
I recommend this place for anyone visiting yerevan.

The place has an excellent service, the rooms are clean, the staff Syrik, Armina and Ylona are very accomodating and friendly. And the hotel is just walking distance to the city’s tourist spots. Highly recommended

I have travelled many places, however, experiencing this hotel was an exceptional experience.
Wonderful hospitality by Sirika. She did her best to provide whatever we needed and she was welcoming. I was so lucky to find this hotel with this price.

Very good hotel! The whole staff is great and welcoming. It's all very clean and has a great location.
I especially loved the breakfasts prepared by Armine. I'm ready to take Armine as an employee in our hotel if she agrees.
She's very friendly with a lovely smile, hardworking and kind. It's worth going to any hotel where she works.

I was looking for a hotel in Yerevan for my emergency visit do to family problems. After looking about 50/60 hotels and guest houses on internet, I choose Alba hotel because of the location, surroundings, rooms with kitchen, amenities and affordable price. After booking the room for one week, I did contact to the front desk employee Mariam to make sure about my arriving time (after midnight). She was very nice and helpful. She even offer me a help with transportation for my needs. After arriving to airport everything went smooth and nice. After one week I decided to stay two more weeks and management was very nice and extended my stay without any problems. About the stuff. That is a different story. SUPER SUPER friendly and helpful.
I definitely found my hotel in Yerevan! I definitely enjoyed my stay in Alba hotel at my every visit to my sweet city - Yerevan.
P.S. One thing that did not liked, that is the bed mattress. They are old and very worn. No cushions whatsoever. Springs pushing the body and makes me feel like I am in the yoga class and laying on the nail pad or in the army barracks. I will strongly recommend to replace those mattress to a new ones with cells, not with springs. I did read all the comments about this hotel and I am not a first person who suggests this change.
Other than that, everything is acceptable and enjoyable 😉.

Great Hotel

We stayed at this hotel before we went on a cruise and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and It has a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was so different and tasty.. the staff were really friendly especially General Manager of the hotel - Levon. It had a good location for walking into town

Great location, clean room and close to everything and near to Marshal Baghramyan metro station and bus stop.
And the most nice thing is the hotel staff, they are very nice and kind to you

It's perfect

Отдыхали 9 ночей в апреле 2024 года. Очень рады, что выбрали именно этот отель, он небольшой, чистый и уютный! Номера просторные, светлые, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобное местоположение, рядом метро и парк влюбленных - для отпуска с малышом очень выгодное соседство. А уют создают люди, которые тут работают. Ребята работают очень вежливые, на любые просьбы откликаются быстро. Отдельное спасибо Армине, которая как добрая фея готовит вкуснейшие завтраки, подстраивается под интересы гостей (на фото). Нашему малышу она варила вкуснейшие кашки, нам - ароматный кофе! Как родная мамочка, создает на завтраке прекрасное настроение на весь день, окружая теплом и заботой. Если ещё соберёмся в Ереван, а мы теперь хотели бы побывать тут летом или осенью, то только сюда!

房间干净整洁，无异味，洗漱用品齐全，床垫、沙发舒适，电视甚至可以看到YouTube。
早餐在1楼，很丰盛，9点到11点，牛奶橙汁，煎蛋香肠，热菜凉菜都有。
无线WiFi覆盖全区域、所有楼层和花园，在这里度过了美好的两个晚上，下次来还会选择这里。

Хочу выразить благодарность владельцам отеля, за две недели, проведенных у вас. Заехали ночью в чистый номер, и чистота поддерживалась регулярно. Благодарю работницу Илону за этот труд и положительный настрой. Было приятно возвращаться в убранный номер, где меняли и полотенца, и тапочки и щетки..
Отдельное удовольствие были завтраки, приготовленные Армине. Уже в первый день мы поняли, что не ошиблись с выбором места и похвалы про Армине (в других отзывах) и ее разнообразные меню - все чистая правда! Она заботилась каждый день, чтобы мы не ушли голодными и даже учитывала пожелания. Не представляю, как она справляется, ещё делая заготовки, чтобы были домашнее варенье, выпечка каждый день, несколько блюд на выбор.. и идеально чистая посуда! Это работа не одного человека, и очень хотелось бы, чтобы ее труд и усердие оценивалось по достоинству руководством. Возможно было больше выходных, чтобы дальше радовать гостей и впечатлять. Ведь ваших хороших порядочных работников, сейчас так просто не найти))

За это время мы полюбили людей, которые заботились здесь о нас. Все, и девушка администратор Сирик,
и управляющий, радушно приняли нас и повлияли на качество нашего отдыха, наше приятное впечатление об Армении ещё усилилось. В вашем отеле обслуживание очень организовано.
