Best Western Plus Congress Hotel

My experience at Best Western Plus Congress Hotel in Yerevan was positive, marked by excellent service and a good overall stay. However, being 140kg, the bed presented a challenge as it sagged in the middle, causing an uncomfortable sleeping experience. On a brighter note, the breakfast was satisfying. A word of caution for guests – the hotel charges for additional keys, so be mindful when provided with more than one. Despite the bed issue and key charge, the attentive service and enjoyable breakfast contribute to a generally favorable impression of the stay at this Yerevan hotel.

Lovely hotel located in central Yerevan with walking distance to pretty much everything.

Fresh rooms with a newly renovated lobby area and gym. The sauna is 10/10.

I would recommend this hotel for so many reasons: central position (yet a calm, not noisy street), very kind and competent service, eccellent hotel room service, outside pool, gym open 24/7, sauna, delicious breakfast with many options.

I was there for Christmas. The most important thing was being neat and clean. The second one is its location. The Republic Square, which is by far one of the most popular places for Christmas, is within your walking distance, as well as English park and a great cafe in front of the hotel. Another must-see place that can be accessed with a 10 - to 15-minute walk is Vernissage market.
Moreover, the breakfast was great but I didn't eat at its restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The best place to stay in Yerevan. You can enjoy the location and the swimming pool, if you need some relaxing time.

We stayed here for 4 days in November'22. It is a lovely hotel with a small park next to it and walking distance from republic square. Many restraunts and supermarket at walking distance. Easy to hail cabs as well. Staff is very courteous and breakfast buffet is very elaborate. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay in Yerevan.

It's my first time to visit Armenia and my experience was the best. The room is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food they served for breakfast was very delicious.

Best western congress Hotel is a very nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. We had a 20 day stay in Yerevan in standard double room in this hotel which was nice and cozy. The staff wear a mask all the time and they can speak English fluently. Disposable masks and gloves were always available in front of the main elevators.
This hotel maintains a high level of hygiene in terms of taking preventive measures against COVID-19!
We have to wear plastic gloves while serving the breakfast that was very nice.
The food was very healthy and delicious at the same time!
The room was not very spacious, but it was ok. The standard rooms are 18 m^2.
The only problem I had was that the rooms are near to the main street and sometimes we were disturbed by the noise of the cars from the nearby street. However, the hotel’s location is perfect since it was accessible to many groceries and restaurants. You can take a 5 minutes walk to the republic square from the hotel. Furthermore, there exist three parks just next to the hotel which you can rent a bicycle and have a nice ride in them!
I recommend this place!

A great hotel! Rooms are clean, the personnel is professional and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and diverse. Lobby is very cosy and is a great place for working/ meetings. Sauna and a pool are great supplements!

I stayed at bw congress hotel during mid November for 4 nights. I had a really nice time there with my family .Room was quite small but the view was great! Breakfast was also good with different choices everyday.It is also located 4 minutes away from republic square which is the city center.

Everything was great, but the bar staff there was simply amazing every time we were there! Best in the city!

Every thinks are ok. Good hotel. Clean. Good location.. good foods and bar... but there is some thing that i dont know why the breakfast is always cold! Except the cold breakfast it is one of the best hotel of yerevan.

Planned a surprise trip for my family to Armenia on their 30th Anniversary and booked for their stay at Best Western. They were greatly satisfied with the services and facilities, appreciated with the room service, higher standards and cleanliness. They had their lunch and dinners from the Raffaello Restaurent and loved the food as well... Definitely suggesting this one!!!

Beautiful location in the center of yerevan,
friendly and helpful staff, the services of the hotel are good enough to provide comfort so you feel like home.Spacious and clean room with an amazing view to the park.Delicious and rich breakfast.
