They are busy renovating/refurbishing the place. Not a bad hotel to stay in and the stuff are very friendly. The ladies in the kitchen are amazing - Gita, Zita and the rest.

Loved the hotel😍😍😍it is in a good locality. Walkable distance to the republic square, northern cascade, and other nice streets.Also just in front of the hotel is a park. Very good for a stay with kids. All the staff love kids😍and was very helpful. The housekeeping ladies are too good... And receptionist ani was ssoo nice. We missed her when we returned.

I loved this place. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It is very accessible too to anywhere in yerevan since it is in the city center. The view in my room was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The old looks of the rooms as some people say only adds to the beauty of it. I loved this hotel so much i will go back here when i will go back to visit armenia.

I never arrived - my trip was cancelled because of Covid-19 fears. But Hotel Shirak graciously refunded me even though they were not obligated to - legally or otherwise. I will be visiting again, when the dust settles...

(Restaurant review)
Great and not very expensive food. I just love everything about this restaurant starting with the waitress(es) and finishing with yummy food. Looking forward to eating there again❤❤❤👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

It is really so good food Is good too and sleeping is amazing because any light wasn't in the room and there wasn't any voice and it is so good.😄
