The accommodation we booked was ideal for us. We were there for four nights and five days, and there were five of us, but the rooms were really spacious. Regarding the breakfast buffet, we like the open kitchen concept because you can watch the staff prepare the food for the guests. Every food was served fresh 💗

Our hotel room was cleaned every morning, and the towels were regularly changed. I highly suggest this hotel for its easy access to a supermarket (approximately a 10-minute walk) and near Republic Square. The hotel workers are also very pleasant and polite.

It is also perfect for families or big groups of people as it accommodates very well. We are hoping to come back here very soon. Thank you, Kantar Hotel 🇦🇲💗

I stayed at Kantar Hostel for one night in January 2024 and I had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Yerevan, close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I booked a bed in a 8-bed dormitory room, which was very clean and cozy, with air conditioning, spacious lockers, and a private bathroom. The hostel also has a nice common area, where I met some amazing fellow travelers from different countries. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave me a lot of tips and recommendations for exploring the city and the country. The hostel offers free breakfast, which is simple but tasty, and free wifi, which is fast and reliable. The only downside is that the hostel can be a bit noisy at night, as it is near a busy street. But it didn’t bother me too much, as I was tired from sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Yerevan, it is a great value for money and a great place to meet new friends. I rate it 9 out of 10Ad1

We arrived there on my birthday and a big surprise was waiting in our room! A bottle of red wine, a red rose bouquet and warm wishes written in Greek! Our room was very big, clean, cozy with a magnificent city view! The breakfast was rich and tasty! All the people working there were very kind and willing to assist us. Many thanks to Paruyr who made a reservation for us in a jazz club:) he is awesome! We are very pleased from all the services and we highly recommend Kantar Hotel! This is for sure a value for money!!!!

I’ve been in dozens of hostels during last 10 years and this is one of the best. Good beds, good showers, super polite and nice staff, just name it, everything is perfect. It is a rare case when I would not change anything in the place. I did not want to leave.

We had a lovely time in this hotel. Hospitable staff. Specially Anna. Shes adorable and helpful. Sumpteous breakfast. Free coffee available 24 hours. How great is that? Highly recommended

It is a family-friendly hotel that provides cribs/cots for babies. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, consistently maintained with crisp, clean linens, beddings, and towels.

Upon requesting a room with a balcony, they not only provided one but surprised us with two balconies! 🙏🏻

Situated at the city center, you can conveniently walk to the best and must-visit restaurants and places in Yerevan.

The breakfast selection is delightful! The ladies preparing and cooking the food are very nice and friendly.

Everything was great. Perfect location, very nice, comfortable room, good wifi, delicious breakfast. I strictly reccomend the hotel.

Very clean and "European looking" hostel. Staff is constantly cleaning the common areas, and the rooms are also clean. No weird smells anywhere.

The beds are comfy and each has its own light and power outlet. The lockers are spacious and have their own keys, so you don't need to bring a padlock.

The bathrooms are clean, but there is no shower gel or anything like that. You have to bring your own. Towels are provided by the hostel.

The front desk staff is friendly and ready to help.

The hostel is very well located, a short walk from republic square. So there are several restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets.

The breakfast is very good. There is a good variety of cheeses, cereals, sweets and fruits. The selection of breads could be better.

My only real complaint is that the breakfast starts too late. Given that many people on vacation start their days really early, the breakfast starting at 8AM is way too late.

Had a lovely stay at Kantar. Everything from breakfast, hospitality, and cleanliness to location were fantastic. We booked a single room that had all necessary amenities, a clean bathroom, and two balconies. They even packed us breakfast boxes as we had an early morning flight. We also took sightseeing tours from the hotel itself and those were good too. Loved every bit of our stay here. Highly recommended!

I can recommend this accommodation, the best solution in Yerevan. Friendly guys on reception. I forgot on my payment and wanted to pay second time. The lady on the desk said me that it is already paid. I needed to print boarding passes and receptionist did it for free. Little problem with parking but after we asked on reception we get free parking slot. Top I will come again.

We had a great stay in 2-bed apartment. Very spacious and had everything we needed for a family reunion - especially 2 en-suite shower rooms and a separate toilet :) rooms are big, we loved gathering around the table and on the sofas! Plenty of space for 6 people! It was clean.
We missed most of the breakfast due to us still living in our time zone, but the times we have been it was nice, with salads, fruit, eggs and pastries.

Great location for walking around Yerevan, very central.

Very nice place and desk managers are very helpful. Rooms are not that perfectly new, but they are comfortable. As well I loved fresh breakfast, like homemade 💓

Very good hotel, will surely recommend, suitable for every kind of tourist, family friendly.....we stayed in a two bed room, very big with all facilities, you can't complain about anything, door keeper is very helpful, they help you to park somehow in front of the hotel...all was good.

I have already been at the Kantar Hotel twice (most recently from December 4–8, 2023), and I will most definitely stay there again when I visit Armenia in the future. They responded promptly and with open communication from the moment I made my reservation. We remained in the second room, which was really nice, roomy, and constantly clean because I asked to switch rooms. Breakfast was great, and it was different every day. The entire hotel staff, including security, reception, and the kitchen crew, has always been welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I was extremely amazed by that. Every request I made was fulfilled. Ms. Anna deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. The same is true with Mr. Paruyr, who was amiable and extremely flexible. My rankings for each team are listed below.

Their services went above and beyond what I had anticipated. In addition, the hotel is near to Vernissage, Republic Square, restaurants, and stores. The cost of the rooms is fair. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
