The reception area/lobby is truly charming and one can see the beautiful rug making area in the back. Make sure you visit all the boutiques in the back. Our room was very comfortable. It had an iron /board, a kettle with coffee, a fridge as well as a hairdryer. There is also a safe in the room. I'd prefer a stronger a.c. but my husband was quite content. This hotel is located right by Vernisaj market, which gives you a chance to catch up on your souvenir shopping. It is also very close to the museums and all the downtown area restaurants.
Overall, we have been very satisfied and will definitely be back.

We stayed 5 days here, breakfast was very good, room service was helpful, every where was clean. Rooms was very good and spacious. Front desk has good people to answer your questions but their english is not very well. The location is fantastic in my opinion, close to republic square, not in a busy neighborhood, and every essential thing is close to you (market, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe and …). In overall it was a very good experience.

Great hotel. Very spacious rooms. Our standard room overlooks Mount Aragats. Very tasty restaurant downstairs. There is a small, but cozy swimming pool.

A great central hotel with comfortable and well sized rooms and beautiful decor. The staff were super friendly and helped us book restaurants and a driver for our day trip who was brilliant and priced very well compared to street vendors.

The chain is founded by James Tufenkian who currently lives in New York, USA and decided to reopen his origins by opening the chain of hotels around Armenia and one of them is Tufenkian hotel in Yerevan. The building where the hotel located is styled after the biggest historical buildings in Yerevan, located just in front of souvenir market Vernissage and it’s a pleasure to walk around the area. The rooms are spacious, with safety boxes, with its kitchenette and a refrigerator. Single rooms have a shower and sweet rooms equipped with bath tubs. The personnel is amazing. On the ground floor there is a bar, Kharpert restaurant with live music in the evenings, carpet workshop and a gift shop. In summer time they have open air swimming pool. Perfect in every sense! Location view of the room, service was excellent..never dined in there so I can't comment on that. The staff is very helpful and if I visit yerevan again I think I'd stay there .

Absolutely a beautiful hotel. Historical price of yerevan. Customer service is amazing, and the staff is pretty fluent in English. Can arrange for them to pick you up at the airport, quick and easy I must add. Swimming pool included in hotel - beautiful site to see, hopefully going to enjoy tonight. Their in house restaurant is beautiful and delicious, wide variety breakfast is included in your stay. Amazing and beautiful rug making - wonderful place to see. You cannot go wrong with this place :)

Top notch hotel in Yerevan. The rooms are sizable with all modern amenities available. Breakfast is probably the best in the city. The hotel's bar and restaurant offer totally creative and high quality dishes. Service is outstanding. Prices reasonable. Stay at this hotel without any hesitation. Worth the trip and the experience.

A very comfortable place. You feel at home with the stuff, who were so kind and helpful. Although next to Vernissage, but still quite. Breakfast and cleanness was more than we expected. Very kind by letting us stay few extra hours in the room, since we were flying in the late afternoon. Just one negative comment! The wifi in our room was bad, but the stuff tried hard to fix it couple of times, but...

The hotel staff very good. Checkin was fast as I bumped in here by my hotel as they were overbooked. I stayed here 1 night. Rooms were big. The breakfast was also very nice and delicious. Pool had to much chlorine in it but I enjoyed it anyway.

We stayed here a couple of times, it's a lovely hotel of a high standard. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great. Lovely to have the Vernissage on your doorstep, it's a great location for exploring Yerevan.

One of the upscale hotels in downtown Yerevan. It's conveniently located around Republic Square and other attractions such as Vernissage, St Gregory The Illuminator Cathedral, Matenadaran, etc. The service here is good and the food is awesome. Their restaurant specialises in serving Western Armenian cuisine. They also arrange wonderful tours across the country for tourists. Glad to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Yerevan.

Very warm welcoming althought it is a luxuous hotel, room perfectly clean and large, swimming pool to refresh during hot summer season and complete breakfast. My stay was just perfect there !

Fantastic spot for your first or 10th trip to Yerevan - great location, well designed, friendly staff, great rooms, all the amenities (breakfast, bar, pool, etc.).

Vernissage (outdoor market) is right across the street, with Hrabarak (rebublic square) a five minute walk. Plenty to do and see.

Highly recommend it as of the best hotels in Yerevan.
