I would like to share my experience. I stay in Castle Family Hotel and I did not find any black point, the rooms was luxury, very big clean and nice design compare to other hotels. I like the prices .. from window opening very nice view. There is sauna pool.. The reception was very kind and ready to help any time.. breakfast was very tasty.. Thanks..

Nice hotel to stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
rooms are very big and i think they are bigger than your expectations.
they cleaned the rooms every day and their service was nice.
the negative point was breakfast. the variety of food was limited and every day was the same.
the receptionist was very kind and helped us to take taxi to visit different places in Yerevan.

Отель хороший, в номере всё работает, телевизор, кондиционер, душ-массаж всё без замечаний. Хозяин очень дружелюбный. По запросу меняют воду в бассейне, никогда не отказывают. Завтраки хорошие, без проблем перенесут на по-раньше, если надо на экскурсию. Рекомендую.

Отдыхали в отеле с 9.09.22 по 15.09.22. завтраки были хороши, за стойкой ресепшена люди очень приветливы, отражают всю дружелюбие и приветствие народа Армении. Иногда можно встретить вечером владельца отеля, который мило пригласит к столу и отличный ужин обеспечен. В номерах порядок, любые проблемы решаются на стойке ресепшена, всё подскажут. Советую.

Отель супер! Отличный сервис, в номерах присутствует рабочий кондиционер, душ. В отеле работает бассейн, доступ проживающим свободный, вода чистая. Уютная веранда, уличная кухня.
