Im giving 5 starts because this is the best clinic I’ve been to in Armenia, but I highly suggest they strive for improvement, and I will mention some details.

1- plz instruct your front desk person (only one of them actually with short hair and plastic surgery) to not ask ppl walking in “which department are you here for” when I’ve already shared that I have an appointment as soon as I walked in along with my name and time.
She can easily look up the appointment itself by my name and see who I'm here to see rather than asking that kind of private information in front of other people (specially AFTER the fact that I mentioned I have an appointment and gave my name, and I’ve provided already who I’m there to see when I made the appointment).
Not everyone is comfortable in sharing stuff like that out in the open.

2- plz instruct the staff to refrain from speaking and joking laughing loudly in the lobbies and hallways, it’s unprofessional.

3- Plz instruct the staff to call if they need to ask the doctor something, rather than barging in for a quick question. Again very unprofessional and privacy continues to be disrespected. Maybe a policy that doctors should also lock the doors can help, cuz even customers are barging into closed doors. This is a real problem.

__To conclude:
Thank you dr Mirzoyan and dr Avagyan, both of them were outstanding, respectful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. Need more doctors like them in Armenia.

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Avagyan and his team for treating my kidney infection (pyelonephritis). They respondent promptly to my symptoms, prescribed correct treatment, and I felt better within 1 day. The in-patient athmosphere was great, clean, too; with a private room with a bed and furniture (much better than an American ER). The whole team is fluent in English and Russian (possibly other languages, too). The total cost of 3-day in-patient treatment (consisting mostly of IV fluids) was smaller than the Blue Cross/Anthem Blue yearly deductible of 500$. Thank you for treating me!

As a Canadian, I'd love to share my experience at Maple Leafs Armenian-Canadian Clinic in Yerevan. During one of my frequent business trips in the capital of Armenia, I had a misfortune to develop acute back pain. The pain was unbearable to the point where I could not move. After trying to use regular over-the-counter pain killers to no avail, I was forced to seek professional medical assistance. It was then that I had my first experience with Maple Leafs medical clinic. At first, I have to admit, I didn't have high expectations or, to be more precise, I had no expectations at all. Here I was, a pampered fellow Canadian, used to Western medicine, stuck with a serious medical condition far from home. And so for me, picking Maple Leads Clinic from the long list of Armenian clinics was somewhat of a no brainer decision due to their obvious ties to Canada. And goodness me, what an excellent decision that was! The first care was given immediately and with the highest sense of urgency. Tests were administered quickly using true state-of-the-art medical equipment by medical professionals that were not only knowledge able, but also attentive and patient. I was treated like a family member. My condition was thoroughly assessed and diagnosed. I was given the option to stay at the clinic for a few days to undergo further treatment, which I agreed to. Now that alone is probably worth a separate paragraph of its own. My stay at the clinic (mind you, it was quite a lengthy one - one full week!) was exceptional to say the least. During my stay, I received a comprehensive treatment which included manual therapy, massage, electrophoresis, intravenous procedures, etc. The physiotherapeutic department of the clinic had all necessary equipment, on par or possibly even superior to that you would usually find in the best clinics of Toronto. The facilities were spotless, the room was very comfortable, and the personnel was friendly, caring and thoughtful. As a result, upon leaving the clinic seven days later, I felt like a newborn. Two thumbs up to the wonderful doctors and personnel at Maple Leafs Clinic. I will definitely recommend your service to all my co-workers and friends who have a chance to visit Yerevan!

During Feb 2020 I got pneunonia and came to Maple Leafs Clinic. After being thoroughly examined by highly skilled doctors I began my treatment. The staff was always very sympathetic, caring and helpful. The professional doctors always gave me clear instructions on what they are doing and the treatment I was going to receive. I can highly recommend this clinic. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who assisted in my recovery.

I went to Maple leaf upon recommendations and I wasn't disappointed! Upon calling I was asked questions as to help schedule an appointment with the right doctor.I am grateful for Dr.khoren who welcomed me with kindness and humanity and was patient in answering my questions when I didn't have any strength to talk.He really cares about patients and that is how doctors should be.He thoroughly explained to me my condition and what should I exactly do to get better. And then wrote me a prescription and explained it clearly to me.
I can only recommend Maple leaf.God bless you.
