Yerevan Yoga

This studio is a gem, and the instructor is such a caring soul. I’ve tried aerial yoga for the first time here while visiting Yerevan and felt such a relief and joy after each practice. I especially like the meditation in a hammock after the session, I’ve never fallen asleep so efficiently 🤪.

One of the very few studios to offer aerial yoga in Yerevan. The owners are very responsive and have a very nice vibe. The place itself is very cozy, the classroom has a lot of relevant equipment: mats, bricks, straps, pillows, etc. Taking classes here for more than 9 months, no wish to change anything :)

Well, life gets better when you start visting Yerevan yoga studio. The trainers are super caring, the atmosphere is incredibly warm here. As a result your muscles and soul are strengthened equally.

Nina's restorative classes are the ultimate way to unwind, de-stress and relax💫
All you have to do is show up -- everything is set out for you and Nina does all the propping and guides you into your next pose/posture. Pure magic!

Чудесное место, больше, чем просто йога-студия! В течение месяца сходила на 15 занятий, была у разных тренеров: у Нины, Гаяне и Ирины. Все преподают по-разному и все прекрасны и доброжелательны ❤ каждая энтузиаст йоги и это чувствуется на занятиях.

В группах занимаются разные возраста, и мужчины и женщины. Но что было общее, люди часто улыбались на занятиях в ответ на улыбку и позитив от инструкторов. Было очень классно, с удовольствием бы ходила постоянно, если бы жила в Ереване.

Очень благодарна им за внимательный подход (не смотря на занятия в группе отслеживают правильность выполнения поз) и просто искреннюю радость. Желаю студии и преподавателям всяческого процветания!

Занятия бывают и с 7.30 до 20.00, вс - выходной, оплата возможна наличными или картой, есть разные абонементы или можно приходить на разовое занятие. Записываться можно через WhatsApp или Instagram заранее или за 1 час до занятий (уточнить если места). Есть все необходимое для занятий.

Мое самое любимое место для практики йоги. Теплое, атмосферное и, главное, душевное. Спустя несколько месяцев практики чувствую хороший прогресс. Спасибо ❤
