Yesterday I ordered flowers from Flowers Armenia, The woman who helped me was named Eva, she was very supportive and understanding. She responded within minutes to every message and gave me many great ideas for gifts, she even recommended I have the flowers delivered in public! Awful never gonna order again from here!!!
My fiancée TRIED to surprise me ordering a bouquet to this company from France! Not only he made this order one month ago trying to avoid any inconvenience on Valentine’s Day but he planned the delivery time accordingly so I will get the bouquet after being back from work between 15:00-18:00. The company started calling me on 12:28 disturbing me from my work and I asked them to deliver me my bouquet after 14:30 after I’ll be back from work. Not only they didn’t respect the time frame between 15:00-18:00 for the delivery but they also were playing us saying it’s on its way , it will arrive in 1 hour , it will arrive in 30 minutes. The result of all this? We were both angry our day was ruined !! The flowers were delivered to me at 22:09 which is unacceptable! You cannot knock on a girls door at 22:09 it’s simple etiquette. And I’m not done here! The flowers were not fresh and the the wishing card had grammatical mistakes. We will never trust this company again
