Ani Plaza Hotel

We stayed at Ani Plaza Hotel for three weeks with a group of 14 students and two university professors from Los Angeles, CA.
From the check in time until the check out, we had the most wonderful experience. At the check in Nairi and Arsen were so wonderful. They were very helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are very nice, well supplied with all kinds of toiletries. The housekeeping team Ana and Nairi were wonderful! They kept the rooms perfect clean and so pleasant to talk to them. They handled our laundry very well and in a timely fashion which was very helpful for our long stay. The lobby was very relaxing to hang out and socialize. Ana, the room coordinator was very fantastic with her accommodations. Noobar the night manager kept all our room bills itemized in an organized fashion and patiently explaining all the transactions. In fact all the front desk employees were always very helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, Opera, Republic and Vernissage.
Finally the breakfast feast is something to experience. You will be able to find everything on their breakfast options. Absolutely beautiful and well worth it. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean with great amenities and fantastic location. The staff members were very polite and helpful, especially the front desk receptionists. Cleaning crew on 11th floor did an amazing job everyday to make sure our room was neat and clean. The pool was great and the facility was very clean. Breakfast was phenomenal with many choices. Finally, the bell boys, the parking staff and Mr. Alik, who assisted us many times did a wonderful job by always smiling and assisting in a very friendly manner. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home.

The location of this hotel is almost the best location in Yerevan! The staff are so professional and helpful with a friendly approach... Breakfast is great with fresh, tasty and verity of food. The rooms are so clean, but a bit old, not the annoying type of old! For me personally, it was a kind of authentic and away from today's "copy-paste" style...

It was really super experience..we stayed for 14 days..hotel staff was really cooperative.. whenever we need sumthing it's available in short span of time.. reception people was very cool..They are really calm n humble...best hotel in full Yerevan

Great hotel, we were a group of 7 and stayed for a week, buffet breakfast with a lot of verities, the staff were very friendly and communicative, they even helped us change rooms to get a higher floor with a city view even though they were almost fully booked, highly recommended for its value if you are planning to stay in yerevan, the only downside which is a personal thing was that the garden in the park would open at 1000 am until 1100 pm and sometimes I would prefer to have a cup of coffee outside in the morning and that was not possible

Awesome hotel. Friendly staff. Very large room. Very central location close to republic square restaurants 24× 7convinience store only drawback is that in house guests can't sit in the outdoor restaurant if they do not order drinks or food
