I heard about Rafael and his company from my very close friend, and reached out to ask him to assist me with selling my property!
However sadly, I realized that this company is one of the numerous companies in Yerevan that are not willing to work with potential customers! In fact, they do anything in their power to turn you away! They made an appointment with me, arrived 20 minutes late, assessed the property and promised to help with selling my house, however, I haven't seen or heard from them since then (already 2 months)!
No communication at all! Stay away and do not waste your time with these people who simply do not want to work! They like to pretend busy, with their fake social media followers and imaginary staff (useless just like the owner) however they simply do not want to work and make money!
