I can wholeheartedly recommend Yerani Travel. Professional and the kindest tour leaders, drivers, and customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I went on a day trip to Khor Virap, Areni Cave 1, Norovank, and a wine tasting. I wanted to just go on one tour, as I usually prefer to travel independently, but this proved to be a very good decision as it allowed me to see quite a lot in one day without a hassle of renting a car. The tour itself was pretty a perfect combination of knowledge and free time to explore the sites, which for me was important. They also took the group to a fantastic restaurant for lunch. Water was included. 10/10!

I'm really grateful to all the staff working in this travel agency. In January I had two separate trips in two days with these guys (Geghard & Harni and Noravank & Khor Virap). Everything was organized well, starting from entering their office,and later then finding the bus, transfer itself, guides introduction to the places, food etc. I like the details like they get ready snacks and water for everyone in the van. Guides are very friendly and informative, willing to answer all the questions you have, even not only regarding the sights, but just about life in Armenia, including its history, culture or language. Also I like when you're traveling at the sights the guides know what you want. They give you the info and they let you free, helping to take photos if you're traveling solo. One of the guide was even willing to sing in the cave monastery, just to show you how good the acoustic is inside.

Their buses are cozy, have ac and free wifi. I was on tours with 4 other people. Like the feeling of small groups (instead of following the private tour guide), so everyone can communicate with each other, enjoy the time together, become friends. Thanks for experience, Yerani Travel. I will definitelly recommend this agency to my friends who would visit Armenia in future.

Highly recommendable travel agency in Armenia! Affordable and less hassle to travel within Armenia. Our driver was so commendable, even though he spoke a little bit of english, he guided us very well in a short period of time. He also given us a little momento to bring back home. I booked the Jermuk tour.
This tour was amazing! Our guide Anna spend a lot of time in explaining us the stories behind the sights and spots that we visited. I learned a lot from this day trip. Beside the sights, the drive through the landscapes of Armenia was pretty nice.
In total it was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much for this!

We have traveled last Dec. 8-11 in Armenia and it was a great experience we had. Our tour guide Shasha was amazing plus our 2 drivers (i forgot their names). The places we went to are all great. He suggested some other places that we have to see that is not within our package and dine in the best restaurants. I highly recommend Yerani Travel for you to choose when you visit Armenia. :)

Being a solo female traveler and visited more than 40 countries , I can guarantee everyone to book travels from yerani travels, as they have well planned packages, excellently organized from arranging a package for you beforehand, being in constant touch with you, well maintained vehicle, skillful and experienced drivers, and lastly the guides- they are very friendly, have extensive knowledge about the history of Armenia and more than that they have the willingness and enthusiasm to enlighten you with all the information that they can give during your trip.
During my Day 1 and Day 2 travel my driver was MARAT who is extremely friendly and ensures safe driving. My guide was HASMIK. She has more than 7+ years of experience in this field. She is caring, friendly, helpful, explains you everything in so much detail, well versed with Russian and English and more over I felt I am in safe hands. She even sang for us soooo beautifully.
Day 3 my driver was ARTHUR who again is a very friendly. And my guide was GAYANE. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. You can ask her any questions and she has answers for all your doubts.
The restaurants that Yerani travel has chosen for your lunch packages is at extremely breathtaking locations and serves good food.
If you are planning to visit Armenia make sure to contact Yerani travel and ask for HASMIK or GAYANE as your guide. I can guarantee you will enjoy their guidance as they love their job.

The city and Garni tour was amazing. Mr Gor was very knowledgeable with stories full of historical facts. In addition, his lively nature made the day exciting. Highly recommended

I have booked five tours with yerani travel.
I will start from the booking procedure very smooth and professional shout out to Anna she was very patient and Helpful when we were planning the tours.
And I am really satisfied by the service - the guides are really knowledgeable and know how to give you all the informations you need.

We went on a day tour to Khor Virap, Noravhank and Areni with this agency and had a great time. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lots of great information about the country’s history (distant and more recent). The sites were beautiful and we had time at each location by ourselves to walk around and take photos. Lunch was in a pretty spot (not included and reasonably priced) and the minibus was comfortable with wifi. Highly recommend this agency for tours from Yerevan!

We made six trips with four different guides. Yerevan walking tour, Dilijan Lake sevan, Echmiadizin, Amberd fortress, Garni and Khor Virat. All places are wonderful.

I took 5 tours with them and have literally nothing bad to say about the company or guides. Everything was on time, the vans were comfortable and the wifi was good, the routes were very nice, drivers were driving safe. And the guides were very knowledgeable. My guides were Hamsiak, Gaia and Anastacia, and all of them were great.

Best staff that I found in my life travelling after visiting 40 countries.

I am a solo woman traveller and I did the entire 7 days of my trip with Yerani Travels. The entire process of booking with Yerani travels was seamless - Syuzana my travel coordinator suggested an itinerary and customized it based on what I wanted to do - a mix of private and group tours-covering historical places and cultural activities. She also booked a comfortable and affordable hotel for me very close to Republic Square. All their trips started on time, the vehicles provided were modern, the WiFi worked well, water and local sweets were provided in the bus, the guides knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, spoke very good English/russian and gave us enough time at each place. Each day we stopped for lunch at traditional eateries they also provided me with vegetarian dishes since I don't eat meat. Syuzana also helped me with suggestions of good local restaurants and places I could visit on my own after the tours each day. Because I had someone trusted to take care of the travel arrangements, I could just focus on enjoying my time in Armenia. Would highly recommend Yerani travels if you want to have an affordable, dependable and comfortable trip to Armenia.

Great tour operator company with very competitive prices and good customer service.
I did two tours with them and everything was as promised with very knowledgeable tour guides.
A couple of points to note:
- the tours are in English AND Russian (everyone is on the same tour), it can be tiring having to listen to everything twice, including one language you don’t understand
- wifi was promised on the buses, it worked maybe 10% of the time

I booked a few tours with Yerani Travel during my stay in Armenia and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend their services. My 2 tour guides, Armine and Arman, were excellent and did an amazing job. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly, and made an effort to provide explanations in advance while we were travelling in the vehicle, so that we could maximize our time to wander around the sites once we arrived. They explained things in both Russian and English, and wherever possible, they split into 2 groups (if there was more than one bus going to a particular location) in order to be able to devote more time to explanations in just a single language. Both were very knowledgeable about both the history of Armenia as well as the present day and more recent history of the country.

The vehicles are new, clean and very comfortable... unfortunately the roads are often quite bumpy but the drivers did a very good job of minimizing the jostling for everyone by driving slowly and carefully on the rough roads.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

One of the best travel agencies in yerevan. All of their tour guides are super knowledgeable. We went in for couple of tours with them, one a full day and another a half day tour. Both were great. But can't go on without mentioning nareh. what a fantastic tour guide. She takes great pride in her country. We were two groups, where she happily explained everything in russian and then in english for us. She had answers to everything, knows their history in detail. I think all of us wanted her for our next day tour, only to find out she does this only part time and is available once in two weeks or so.

All in all, definitely recommend Yerani travels.

The absolute best option to travel around Armenia! We were able to schedule a private tour in the evening for the next morning and we were provided with the best and kindest driver in Armenia, Mr. Artak, who gave us space and time to see what we wanted and never pressured us to rush. Also, the office staff went above and beyond in order to help us design our itinerary and have the best experience, specially Juli and Syuzi. As to the service itself, a clean and modern vehicle, provided with functioning and very fast wi-fi connection as well as bottles of water. If you're looking for group or private trips, make yourself a favor and choose Yerani Travel! A hug from Portugal! We will be back!
