What a nice place to eat.
The food is excellent and fresh. The owner comes to explain you about the recommendations of the day. We decided to take several (5) dishes an share them amongst the 2 of us. Mezze style.
The dishes were wonderful.
In the background we heard a concert of traditional Albanian music.
Excellent food in a nice atmosphere.

Amazing food, even if on a main touristic street. A lovely couple as your hosts. They sometimes bring what they think is better, like stuffed peppers Albanian style instead of grilled veggies, but it feels as if it’s your grandma cares for you! So sweet.

I tried local fish (which is rare here) and the quality is excellent. Grilled aubergine and now stuffed peppers 😅 and Turkish coffee!

Cute little tavern. A gem full of traditional dishes. Rudi served me. Speaks good English and able to articulate and promote dishes. Cool guy! The owners who are the chefs are a chilled couple as well. Good wine. On the whole, a lovely experience and chilled spot if you are good for a simple Albanian traditional meal. Try it.

I went here tonight first after walking by during the day and chatting with the chef. He was sincere and not pushy at all. Before going back I came here to read reviews and my already good feeling got better.
The owner is super welcoming and kind. Speak English and most happy to give suggestions. They have outdoor seating so you can watch the action go by while you eat.
Most importantly the food is AMAZING! The meatballs had so much flavor in them. They were devine. The rice balls also had so much flavor. I could taste mint in there. The prices are completely affordable.
If you're in town and want wonderful service, traditional flare and mouthwatering food. You must come here. :-)

Fantastic fresh made to order traditional home cooking in a modest atmosphere restaurant run by a wonderful couple. This place is a gem. So refreshing after having had too many meals of buffet-like food(sitting out all day) at tourist restaurants .

Family (and dog) dinner at this lovely family-run restaurant.
The owners are kind, friendly and hardworking, and you can clearly see how much passion and dedication they have for their restaurant.
We tried some Albanian traditional food that the chef recommended and we loved every bite of it. Everything was home made, healthy and light (we loved the Albanian rice and mint balls).
The service was quite fast as we had an early dinner (6:30pm), and there were only 2 other people dining at the same time, but if you arrive when the restaurant is full remember to be patient and understanding.
Highly recommended for an authentic experience.

Really cute traditional restaurant with very kind hosts. The food was really good (compared to other restaurants we have been to), we sat nicely outside on the street and experienced really friendly service of the owner (and his wive). Would definitely recommend to go here!

Very local cusine made with nothing but love!! Food was delicious and very affordable! Also the seating is right on the lovely brick paver road where you can see all the activities going on.

Going in the evening is super relaxing and a really good vibe. The owner is a well known famous local chief and the cool is a lovely grandma who you can tell has been cooking her entire live.

Definitely a place to stop by!

Delicious traditional food and attentive service. I really love their eggplant dish (I think it’s called imam bayildi?) and cheese saganaki with honey and sesame seeds.

Small, family owned restaurant with delicious traditional food. Great value - we tried five dishes with drinks for under €30. Trust the owners’ recommendations, beautiful couple with great taste. Wonderful, homestyle experience.

We were worried that this looked just like a tourist trap with the photos of the food as the menu, but we read a few reviews and gave it a try. The food was really good and the chef, who also acts as waiter, made some good recommendations. He also altered a couple of dishes to make them vegetarian.

BEST PLACE TO EAT IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!!! Portions a bit small but the service insane, speaks great English, and great food! Love it. 10/10
