Lovely little family run cafe. It in the wood on the path from the UNESCO World Heritage downtown to the castle. Nice and cool shady place under the trees to take a rest, get a coffee, soft drink or a beer.

Nice and refreshing place in the middle of the trees, to get a fresh beer before climbing to the castle. Great regional cheese. A must 🤩.

Amazing family-run café on the way to Gjirokastër castle. Highly recommend to stop here. Fantastic service, friendly staff. Couldn’t be better!

Great lovely place on the feet of the old castle. Good for a refreshing stop with drinks and little snacks. Friendly owners and very helpful.

Very nice spot to sit going up to or, coming down from, the castle. Enjoy your coffee underneath the dappled shade overlooking the small amphitheatre. I didn't rate this for food as we only had two cappuccinos.
