Awesome view, people, service and food!
“Nona Lula” and everyone else were great, they truly treat you as their own family!
We we’re going to stay 1 night , but end it up staying 2 nights.
We will definitely go back and stay there or at the other son’s place ( Molka House” where we stayed the second night. And they were just as great and nice. Aida her husband and son where great as well.

Amazing location! Fantastic food! Very friendly and helpful staff! We were a group of five and the room was perfect for us! We stayed for two nights before hiking to Valbona but could have stayed longer! It is a bit of a walk up from the town of Theth but not a problem. The walk to Blue Eye (which is beautiful) is around four hours for a round trip but the guesthouse can organise a taxi back.

Our favorite place in Albania! The hotel has modern rooms and toilets, spectacular scenery and very kind personnel. The rooms were clean and the food was okay. Definitely recommend for at least two nights to enjoy Theth as much as possible.

A wonderful place to stay! Rafael and his family are amazing hosts. The rooms are beautifully designed as well as very functional. The breakfasts are ideal to prepare you for a day in the mountains. Dinner options are also delicious. Very peaceful location, about 30 minutes walk to the centre of Theth. Lots of good walking routes start directly from the guest house. Highly recommend. Breathtaking view, breathtaking room, breathtaking food, and lovely service. Staying here was such a special experience. We felt so welcomed by the family who runs the guesthouse and the food was incredible. Would highly recommend

This stay was one of my favourite in Albania! Antonio was friendly and nice to chat to, he made our stay here pleasant. I loved the hammocks on the trees, they were a nice touch!

We had a very pleasant stay in Theth with the Molla family. They were very welcoming, accommodating and made a great effort to give us a wonderful stay. The rooms are recently renovated and very cosy, we felt very comfortable. The food was some of the best we had in Albania and the prices were very fair, they even gave us free Desert or wine. If you are visiting Theth, make sure you visit this lovely place! Thank you very much and see you next time!

Molla Guest House was one of the many Guest Houses we visited during our trek around the Albanian Alps. It was definitely the one that stood out the most because of their food and their service. Antonio was super friendly and we did have some interesting discussions with him. Also, the owner (I can't remember his name) really helped us with our questions regarding the mountains. Overall, I recommend 110%, I will keep good memories of this place!

Best place to stay in Theth, we didn’t book anything yet and found a free spot in Molla guest house. We were extremely lucky! This place is the perfect combination between traditional (the food, the staff and the decorations) and then we had the most beautiful totally new room, it was amazing the bed was super comfy and you could even shower with a view on the mountains, everything was super clean. Also the staff was super sweet and where really helpful. Thank you for so much for hosting us!

Perfect guest house 🙏 the venue is just amazing (brain new and well refurnished accommodation, close to the main hiking treks, lovely garden with breathtaking view, etc.) and the family is just adorable 🫶 3 generations of local people, all very nice and welcoming. Last but not least, food was amazing 🙏 thank you again for your hospitality! Definitely the best option in Theth !

Spent two nights at Molla Guest House and would highly recommend. The rooms are cozy, the views are incredible, and the food is all home-made traditional Albanian cuisine. Some of the best food we’ve had in our month in Albania. The staff is friendly and helpful and make you feel at home.

Amazing people with an amazing guest house
We felt so welcomed and tried tradicional Albanian food for dinner. I didn’t take pictures of the breakfast but it’s was really well served.
The room is big and the price is fair.
The dinner is 20euros per person, originally in booking said it was 17euros so they should change that to be realistic but otherwise it was perfect.

Probably the best place to stay in Theth! Away from the hustle and traffic of Theth, this cozy old house has everything for an authentic experience. The kindest family runs this place while also tending to their chickens, cow and providing you with the freshest home made food. The portions are huge suited for very hungry hikers. The three-course dinner menu is 20 euros per person. The stonehouse stays cool in the summer, which is a big plus. The chairs and table on the private patio are a great place to relax. The bus from Shkodër can drop you off just above the guest house from where access is very easy. The trailhead to Valbonë is close by (20 minutes) and Theth center and Minimarket are 40 minutes by foot.
The rooms have been partially updated recently but some things weren't working well. The shower was leaky, the beds squeaky and there was nowhere to unpack our backpacks. The room was also quite humid. The food was way too much, leaving us a bit guilty if we couldn't finish it.

Our stay at Molla guest house was unforgettable and Raphael and his family were amazing hosts. The food, the room, the atmosphere, the view from the house -- everything was perfect. We felt so welcome. The food was the best we had while travelling in Albania. Lots of great hikes nearby and Raphael was really helpful in pointing them out to us. We can't wait to be back!

I usually don’t do this but I’ve got to share my first minutes of experience with Raphael Molla.

We had a bad experience on the roads recently driving from Sarandë to Shkoder and I was trying to find a way to get to Molla Guest House with the safest option. We found a taxi driver referral from Rafael but he couldn’t make it on that day. Guess what happened? The owner himself offered to pick us up from shkoder and was truly accommodating. Definitely a good start for our UNIQUE EXPERIENCE! Thank you!

My Wife, our very good Friend, and I just spent 4 nights at Molla Guest House, and we loved it! The views were absolutely amazing, some of the best in the valley in my mind, and the family that runs the house are really kind along with super helpful. They definitely want to make you feel welcome! Raymond was the primary person of contact that we had, and he did a fantastic job with going above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! He brought us two ice packs upon request for some sore muscles, actually bought some playing cards we could use because we forgot ours, and more! The food deserves a review of its own and its worth it to buy the dinner at night. The food very well might be the best I've ever had in my life. It's extremely fresh as I believe they grow most if not all of it, and the way they cook is amazing. We've tried to buy fresh food from farms back in the States, and the food at Molla was far better. We hope to come back next year for another great time. Till then, thanks again everyone at Molla, especially Raymond, for an unforgettable experience!

Molla Guesthouse is located in the best place of Theth. A little bit far from the village, but it has the most beautiful views. The place is very peaceful, clean and has the most tasty food. Also the family who run the hotel are very kind, polite and friendly. We absolutely love our stay here. We totally recommend this guesthouse. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! :)

We spent an exellent weekend with a group of friends here. The guest house and the owners were fantastic. Rooms super cleaned and warm. The food was fresh and well cooked. We had a great holiday here in the beautiful Theth.

Beautiful view, but hard to acces because of the roads, although I think it's worth it.
The service was perfect, and really nice, everything is delicious. In the summertime I missed the airconditioning a little, but it's okay.
