Waterfall Theth

Its a nice small hike to do! The waterfall is lovely and you can hike through and around it! They views on the way are nice. Make sure you go early with the rising sun for beautifull pictures and a less crowded hike.

Lovely waterfall in the middle of gorgeous nature. There are two hiking routes from Theth, both easy level and about 2 km one way. The only tough part is hiking up to the waterfall, but is it no hardcore for sure. The water was very cold, resfreshing though after hiking in hot summer day. Hiking route is easy to find, also many people are walking there, so no chance of getting lost. On the route near by river there are few bars.

Wow ! Super nice waterfall ! I’ve seen a lot of waterfalls but this one is top on the list !

The hike to get there is very pleasant, first walk along the river in the valley then you get deeper into the trees where it is more of hike with rock climbing!

It’s nice, not too difficult, and easy to access for everyone, still a bit of sport!

The water is fresh, cold and transparent, you even have a little rainbow with the sun

We hike to waterfall after we went to blue eye. It was soooo refreshing!!! The waterfall splashing into your face while walking across to the other side. Love it!! The direction was now very clear. We have to go back and for a little bit it was fun! Like advanger!

Pretty, clean tall waterfall. If you are lucky you may see a rainbow inside it. The trail is not hard, however there are some challenging parts for less fit people, such as a few larger rocks. And a cosy place to have a beer just 15 min before it.

Easy hike from center of Theth village. Just follow the river for about 45minutes/1h and turn left (up) at the fork. You know you are at the right path if you pass Gunara cafe. From here it is just 10 more minutes of a slighty more difficult terrain, make sure you start the scramble up on the left hand side of the stream and do not cross it before you reach the waterfall.

I was not expecting much from this waterfall but it turned out to be absolutely amazing. Esp considering it is something like 30 minutes away from the edge of Theth (it is a long village so might be further from where you are staying). You can swim in it, but for me the water was way too cold.

Very nice waterfall and nice treking from Theth, it takes around 45mins one way. Path is well marked.
If you are doing it on the way to Blue Eye, just continue through the back of the waterfall and follow the path that goes down until you meet the trail next to the river

Bit of a trek but wow great place could do with a couple of sign post

It's a hike to reach it but all worth the experience. Path may not be as easy to follow as locals say.

I don't know what to say it's like haven, the road is difficult and there was some very hard climbing but you must do it if u r in Theth.

It's an open place that anybody can visit, no tickets, no hours...It's breathtaking beauty

What a wonderful of nature! In the middle of the woods , in Albanian Alps. It is called Grunasi Waterfall , very close to Thethi center. The walk until it is full with very beautiful landscapes , with water sources where you can refresh yourself. When you arrive at the destination you feel like you have found a piece of paradise 😍 loved it

Amazing waterfall. The way there is a little bit hard, take hiking boots if you have. The water is really cold but clean.

Amazing place and exciting Hiking trail..

This is a must see if your in Theth. It’s about an hour hike up the mountain. Make sure to follow the trail on the left. Keep an eye out for the red and white markings.
