The staff is always ready to help, they are smiling and friendly. The hotel itself is amazing in facilitie. We had a conference there for 4 days and everything was on point. I was happy to see a lot of foreig tourists enjoying the beach and comfortability of the hotel.

The staff is very kind, especially Anisa at the reception.
The service is very good, everything is perfect.

Excellent facility with a great location near the center and a beautiful view of the sea from the room. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful - especially when Anisa & Pamela is taking care of you. To sum up, I recommend this place to visit and stay! 10/10

Breakfast and lunch are wonderful and a fantastic service from the beautiful girls at the buffet.
The rooms are cool and clean so that anyone can spend time.
The gym and spa are very comfortable and convenient.

So good hotel,clean, delicious food and spa is very beautiful.
I recommend this hotel to everyone because it's the most beautiful hotel in Durres. I had a lot of fun when I was here and I can say, this hotel has a good comfort.
Breakfast and lunch are wonderful.
The girle in recepsion are so beautiful and very nice.
All the people here it's very nice people.

I‘ve been to many places but I genuinely never enjoyed and felt more welcomed and comfortable than here. The staff is super friendly and helpful with everything. I celebrated my birthday there and my mother organised everything with one of the staff. She even volunteered to walk with her the next morning to the cake store and pick my cake up. The beach is also really good. The water is clear and the pool is also amazing. The hotel it self is beautiful and all the money worth it. There‘s live music every night and the atmosphere is amazing. The food was also tasty and for every meal and every day something different. I can only recommend this Hotel and we‘ll definitely come back next year.

The staff is really kind and helpful.
Even though we had a room with city view and no balcony , we liked it very much. It was so clean and the cleaning ladies did the cleaning every day.
We had the all inclusive offer and we really enjoyed every meal because we ate different things every day.

A little way from the centre a taxi ride leki600. Everyone very helpful and speak english or sign language. Fab buffet breakfast best after 7 days of various hotels

It really was the best vacation ever! This is a mega cool hotel! Very friendly staff, they always smile and really love their job, this is very important. It's very clean here! It's delicious here! There are also very beautiful sunsets. I recommend this hotel to visit, it will be comfortable for everyone! Royal G, we will be back ;)

nice and smiling staff, good interiors, modern look. food was ok, but nothing unique nor interesting. decent beach. big part of sea shore is concrete, also be aware that after storm sea becomes dirty for many days.
overall - great quality for this low price. I hope they will solve sea water-quality issues and energy outages :D

The hotel is fresh and new. All the staff is just amazing. Everybody speaks english and are very helpful. The service is of high quality and very professional. The hotel manager takes the best care of the guests. We were pleasantly taken care of if we had some issues or questions. Recommending this hotel to all younger people who likes to have a good rest at the or a fun night!

Excellent Hotel, all inclusive board- super, and plus they have the friendliest staff I have ever seen. Hotel cleanliness 10, hotel location 10, staff - 10!!!
Foos delicious , a la carte menu- delicious seafood, maybe one of the best I have ever taste.
Every night they have local entertainers and have hotel parties, that are realy cool.
I will say again- staff was unbelievably friendly and cool!
Definitely will visit them again, and definitely do reccomend!!!

Hey !! I was at royal for a week with my boyfriend 🙈 and I had an amazing experience. We loved the room . We could see the see from there . The view was amazing. We loved the staff too. They helped us and took a good care of us . I recommend you to go there as fast as you can

This place is new.
I like the pool and the view here.
The rooms are nice and some suites here have great view.
Even the restaurant is not bad. I would recommend trying some sea food.
Definitely 5 stars overall

I just participated in Xmass eve event. The food was delicious based an sea products. The music and dancers made a very warm and joyful atmosphere througout the evening. I did not have time to use the SPA but we will back another time. The rooms were tidy, fresh and clean. I enjoy my short stay in this hotel and i strongly suggest the others to come as as guess.

Modern hotel, clean rooms. The food was tasty, but a bit monotonous. Pizza was delicious!!!
The personnel was very nice and helpful.
