VH EUROSTAR DURRES HOTEL & BEACH

Great room, spacious and clean.
The location is very good: you can easily reach the sea and the city center.
Parking very easy and secure.
The breakfast is very nice, mostly the pancakes, 10/10.
Overall a great experience, me and my husband choose to stay here very often.

I stayed here for 6 nights. I actually enjoyed my stay, as long as you follow some eastern Europe rules of thumb, everything will be fine.

The hotel is close to the beach, you have to cross a street. Usually the crossing is really easy, most cars stop to let you cross. The beach is constantly cleaned, so the beach is mostly clean, there is some garbage because the tourists are just throwing their garbage everywhere. The water is quite dirty but not gross, obviously since it is in a city. The beach is definitely not like in the pictures, I think the pictures might be from a different hotel a couple hundred meters away.

The food was mostly boring, but enough. It felt like the ingredients were of fine quality. The wine and the coffee was also fine.

The rooms were just like in the pictures. There were several problems/mistakes with the rooms and the payment, but the staff took care and everything was fine in the end. It seems that the staff doesn't have much experience, but they are trying to help. Just have some patience and speak with the staff.

The gym is a mess.

On the terrace there is a closed bar, but the view is superb and you can stay there and enjoy the view and your own drinks.

The worst part about staying here is the busy traffic. You literally can't go anywhere with the car if you don't want to waste lots of time in the traffic.

Overall, the hotel has potential to be a great 4* hotel but it still has lots of work to get there.

Well located, a few steps from the beach, many coffe shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store walking disrance. The hotel is new, beautifully decorated, very nice rooms and beds. Amazing stuff!

We had a really nice room just above the sea with a balcony looking towards Durres beach.
The hotel was a new constructed Building and it was just amazing: the bar, the restaurant and the rooms especially.
The breakfast was ok served on a lovely terrace.
The private beach was delightful. We walked into town in the evenings in about 10-15 minutes - a very pleasant stroll. A real bargain for the price! 😊😊

It's a nice, cheap, clean hotel with polite receptionist. We had a medium size balcony and in room temperature control, plenty storage space. Only we had a little bit of trouble finding it because the hotel claim to have a sea view so we expected to find the hotel on a sea side. The hotel is actually across a street (100m from the sea), but if you'll in 7th, 8th floor you should have sea view. We also had a good breakfast. For the price (24€/night) we were really satisfied with everything.

My stay in VH Belmond Hotel Duress has been very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were accommodating shout out to (Martha and Gazi) they made sure that our stay were wonderful. Martha from front desk helped me with a lot of recommendation in the city and she also helped me with personal matters regarding a package. I recommend this hotel 100%. It is also low season which made our stay affordable, we end up staying for 9 days in total.

Awesome hotel with incredibly nice and professional service😍. Friendly atmosphere, room and apartments with both sea and mountain views.
Gorgeous lounge with delicious 🤤 food and drinks🍾.
Overall, every thing you can only require during your stay in Durrës.

Great value for money. Its not directly at the beach but you just need to cross the street. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean! The bed was very comfortable ! I would stay there again no doubt.
