Products are good. But the way the store is run is ridiculous. We came into the store to have a look at the products on display. While we were walking around the store, a female employee was happily sitting on a chair, playing games on her phone (with the sound very loud, so you could hear every single explosion in the game).
Also, there were a lot of large plastic containers stacked up really high in front of the checkout counter, so it was very awkward to do the checkout. My wife had to really stretch to just hand the cashier her credit card. And then, of course, the machine didn't work, so my wife had to do a bank transfer instead. Extremely inconvenient, but what do you expect from a store that apparently doesn't put the customer first.
The supervisor/owner of this store seriously has to train/check the attitude of their staff better, and if they see that employees are playing games (or other serious infractions), then they should flat out fire them.

Rude staff. The short brown hair girl super rude. I just want to buy a teapot but she shout out at me and glance??? Whats kind of staff is it? Neva come back again!
