Datanla Waterfall

Our family of 5 visited the Datanla Waterfall on a sunny day and we were amazed by its beauty and adventure. The waterfall is located in a pine forest, about 5 km from the city center.

There are different ways to get there from the entrance to the waterfall and we chose the alpine coaster 1. We certainly didn't regret our decision as it was thrilling and exhilarating yet safe, with a great view of the falls and the surrounding nature.

One of the most impressive things about the waterfall was seeing it up close. I felt the mist on my face and the power of the water as it crashed down the rocks. The waterfall was so majestic and awe-inspiring, I could not take my eyes off it. I took some amazing photos and videos of the waterfall, which I will cherish forever.

The Datanla Waterfall is a must-see attraction for anyone who loves nature and adventure. It is a place where you can enjoy the scenery, the activities, and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Da Lat. It was one of the highlights of my trip and I would love to go back again.

GO CANYONING WITH VIET CHALLENGE TOURS!! Fantastic views are a given, but there's nothing quite like abseiling down a 25m waterfall!! That's only a part of the adventure - do not miss!! If not canyoning, get tickets on the door. As far as we understand, canyoning tours can only be booked in advance (the day before was fine).

TWO waterfalls. Both are very beautiful. Took the Alpine coaster for $6 to see the first. There were quite a few people. On the second one, you can walk down and back ($1.30) and I was the only one. Don't miss going to both! About $1 grab bike too. No bikes were available on the way back but taxis were waiting and cost me about $4

Came just for the Alpine Coaster and the High Ropes Course. Waited about 20-30mins for the Coaster, exciting experience but the waterfall area is very artificial with nothing much to do. It is a round-trip ride.

You can get your ticket vouchers on Klook for a discount and exchange for your tickets at the counter.

The alpine coaster (1/shorter one) is awesome with the waterfall at the bottom. Well maintained! The longer coaster was closed for maintenance. Weekdays are recommended. Weekends would be crowded, I imagine. If you want to go fast on the coaster and the person in front is slow - it might affect your experience.

Restaurant on sight is very bad. Staff looks like they hate their job and mix up orders. Food looks like it's cooked by someone in a dorm.

The coaster pictures are nice. 100vnd or 5 usd - so bring cash in dong. Enjoy a coffee with the waterfall view (at the bottom).

I didn't do the zip line but it looked pretty cool. 1.5M vnd

We rode about 6 kilometers south along the QL20 to Datanla waterfall (Thác Datanla). After buying the ticket, we stepped into the longest roller coaster in Asia that two people can ride together.

The outbound part is downhill, and the car will go very fast. You need to use both hands to control the brakes on both sides of the seat, and pay attention to the position of the cars in front and behind. There are exciting sharp turns in some sections of the road, and the passengers in the front seat (usually girls) will involuntarily scream, which should be very stress-relieving. The return journey is all uphill. The track will automatically and slowly push up the car, and only then will there be available for taking photos.

Amazing, we pay an entrance fee of 50.000VND/per. Also Alpine coaster fees are Alpine coaster 1 - 100.000VND (round trip)

Highly suggest taking the sled down and riding the Zipline. During the sled ride they take pictures you can purchase for 90k vnd. The park is very clean with nice shops for food and coffee.

A beautiful place to visit. A new experience to go down and up the hill using a roller coaster. There are many people queing to use the roller coaster. There are other alternatives to go down the hill using the ropes or by walking.

Magnificent place to visit. Do not miss the slide ride. Keep a good buffer with the slide in front for the ultimate thrill.

It's so worth it, especially the ride! I think they are very smart to build the ride from the top to the waterfall, otherwise it might take hours to walk down.

The ride is 250k vnd/person including round trip. The waterfall is huge and clean! The roller-coaster makes the trip so fascinating!

I enjoyed this waterfall very much indeed. Not one you can swim in but you can get some good shots if you're into photography. The alpine coaster 🎢 was a lot of fun too!

The place was great. The rollercoaster adds to excitement. The waterfall was majestic. Others said,if you go higher, it'll be more beautiful.

A very famous mountain amusement park located on the outskirts of Dalat City.

It is mainly famous for its waterfalls and various high-altitude rides and facilities.
It only takes about 30 minutes by motorcycle from the city, so it always attracts tourists from foreign.
What is very special is that there is no admission fee here, but separate fees for various amusement facilities.

The first thing everyone will experience must be the manual roller coaster. You can also consider this facility as the only way to enter the park, because you can ride this roller coaster to the waterfall area at the bottom of the valley. The cost per person is VND250,000 including outbound and return trips, which is not too expensive.

Of course, if you want to try other exciting facilities after watching the waterfall, you can also choose :
1. Waterfall rock climbing
2.High-altitude zip lines, etc.
However, the price is a bit more expensive, ranging from as low as 460,000 to 1,000,000VND.

But overall, it is a forest amusement park where you can relax a lot.

The alpine roller coaster ride was so amazing! You should try. The view when reach at the waterfall is so wonderful.

The coaster journey to the waterfall is very fun and 100% worth doing

This is a must do in Dalat. We thought the tours were expensive so hired a bike and went there ourselves. Really easy to find using Google maps. We did the air coaster thing which was awesome. The ticket for that and entry to the waterfall was 250k. I think it was worth it especially as the tours are soo much more than that.

What a beautiful waterfall! Definitely worth the stop for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

The cost is 50,000k to enter. You can walk down and up, but the heat ads to the physical excursion of the steep climb back up, so unless you are fit and healthy and have good footwear, maybe consider getting the toboggan back up to the top.

If you like a little adrenaline the toboggan is only 100,000k return trip and a bit of fun!

Maybe consider getting a taxi there from Dalat City and paying the entrance fee to save on costs. It is very close to the cable car, pine hill and Than Tuc Buddhist Monastery and we paid a driver 500,000k for the day to go to all and a nice place for lunch.

the roller coaster was fun here, only by getting the roller coaster you can view the waterfall, definitely gonna try again.
