I joined a tour so didn't get much time here. I would like to come here again for mountain climbing next time. A good place for photos 😄

As others have said, just take the path to the right of the entrance and you can do it all for free.

It looks like they've recently added these "danger" signs on the path but I assure you that the only danger is some government official not getting your 50k dong.

Once you're finished the hike you can safely exit via the "paid" entrance if you wish.

Very beautiful place to visit. We have to use a jeep to go up the hill. You can see beautiful scenery below the hill.

A really tough but very rewarding walk. Take the path to the left of the main entrance (as others have said), take the path off to the left that had a sign saying ‘to the mountain’ and continue to the pine forest. Walk up a very steep hill then take a bit of a right on a narrower path, still on pines. Eventually after going up some more you’ll reach a road. Follow the road to the right until you see some huts - go through this way and after some different terrains (and some incredibly steep steps) you’ll reach the main peak. We went off season so it was very quiet. It was a boiling hot day but the steps were still muddy so don’t wear your favourite shoes. The views at the top are just stunning.

The air was cool up here. You have to ride the 4wheel drive that wait at the bottom of the hill. Place for heeling and enjoy the sceneric view. Lots of place for photoshoot.

Most Recommended place to visit while in Dalat

Beautiful scenery
I used Grab service from City centre to LangBiang Mountain its around 60.000VND (got discount from grab)
But u should be aware NO GRAB SERVICE anymore when u reach the enterance gate.
Means u has options as below:
- rent a return car from city to mountain
- use grab but ask the driver to wait around entrance area
- use taxi when u go back from mountain

Entrance ticket: 50.000VND/ adult
Jeep ticket: 120.000VND/ adult
(Jeep as their transportation from entrance gate to top of mountain)

U wont regret going to the langbiang mountain.

It is really nature and kind of hard to get there. At the peak, there is nothing at all. Took 3 hours to go up as we still lost the track and around 2 hrs to down. After all, it was a nice experience.

You definitely have to have a good physical condition to hike to the top of the mountain. Depending on your ambition it takes one and a half to three hours but it is worth to enjoy the view at last. The paths are well signposted. First of all you walk on the street and through a coniferous forest where you get an impression how physically demanding the way up is, then you hike through the jungle and climb the last 900 m of the route through some very high steps. Suncream, a hat and plenty of water are a must. The way down can be managed in one and half to two hours. Considering the busy citys of Vietnam it was one of our best 'escapes' into nature.
If you are on your own you have to call a taxi because they is no 'Grab' available there!

Spectacular views of Dalat from its highest point. Lots of free open park exhibits to look at for a bit of history. Grab a coffee and chill for an hour while looking all around, it's worth it. The town connected to it was nothing really to explore, however.

Come to Langbiang Mountain!
Take a ride to the top and enjoy a beautiful scenery
and adventurous drive.

You can even rent a car to climb the hill,
spend some time at the peak and capture some memorable moments.

Amazing hike ! We took a free road which was to the right of the main entrance. Was slightly challenging, took us around 2 hours to go up. The view was great and the whole hiking route was very enjoyable. The road kept changing and there were steep hills to reach the top. I would recommend! Make sure you have enough water and please do not leave the rubbish when you reach the peak !

Well worth the hike from the bottom.

Pro tip: to hike up Lang Bian mountain, don't go through the tourist center. Instead, take the small road on the right side of the entrance, walk about 100m until you see a sign that says "to the mountain" in red. From there, it's about 5km uphill.

Lovely hike. Not really a walk in the park, but if you're lucky, you'll get to the see a spectacular view at the top. It was cloudy when we went up.

Nice tourist attraction in Dalat, they used to have jeeps to bring you uphill but all are replaced with new 7-seater cars now. You can buy tickets at the counter with options of private cars or combining with other groups. If you have more time, you can leisurely walk up but it would take roughly 1.5-2 hours: It typically takes around 45 mins to walk around and take photos once you are up there. Matcha latte in the cafe worths a try too!

The peak is 2.167m, it's worthy to make a try! ...you shouldn't buy ticket to hike this mountain. There is a small road next to the main gate lead to the peak. There are many signs to show you how to go, don't be afraid to get lost.

Very cool. We walked up. There are horses that you can rent to walk around, a coffee shop and everyone there is chill. Hello to the horse lady, you made our trip awesome. Tip: Get there early to avoid the crowds and catch the mist rising off the ground. If you have the stamina, walk up. Lots of scenery and locals to meet.

We enjoyed the hike. If you take a right instead of going through the tourist gate then you don't have to pay the entry fee. The start was steep and so was the last 360m. Definitely a good leg workout!

Awesome but difficult walk to Lang Biang Peak. It's about 4 km up a steep winding road then you turn off right into the pine forest. Following a single track the last 250 m is the most challenging to reach the peak
