Absolutely unfriendly to foreigner if you want to buy a ticket. A taxi driver drop me at this ticket sales point which is about 7Km away from the hotel im staying, i have passport, cash, hotel details, internet phone with whatsapp/zalo yet the sales girl at the counter is so impatient and refuse to sell me ticket because according to her, i do not have vietnam registered number, even though i have gave her the hotel contact number, she did called the hotel already. I talked to their main company after back to home country, the replied was according to their company regulations, there must be a Vietnamese phone number to book tickets so that in case the bus departs and you are not present, the staff will contact you to inform you. How stupid is this because I told her i have whatsapp and zalo and even i gave her my hotel address and phone number already. As long as i paid in cash, i will definitely show up 1 hour early at the bus station, im not 3 years old kid. The company operation needs to adapt changes to accept foreigner booking, not every tourist has the vietnam number, as long as we paid in cash, giving the hotel details and all should be fine, further more i have internet phone with whatsapp/zalo/fb messager/line all up to contact. The staff at west vinh bus station was fine, very polite and helpful, but the ticket sales person and the replied from main company so terrible and horrible. I will not recommend this to foreign tourist.
