The hotel is located at a very good location. We have booked the hotel on a wrong day (1 day difference) and the hotel did not hesitate to fix our mistake at no cost. The hotel rooms a bit worn despite it’s presented as a 5star hotel still welcomed as warmly. I believe cost wise it’s a very good option especially with a view from the rooms and the skybar from top

i am staying here now. this hotel is not new but well-systemed. The most I got impressed the best is staffs. They are the best ever I have been visited for muong thanh in another provinces. further even for other brand hotels. Thanks so much. You are all so friendly and supporting 100%.

We were on the 19th floor ,extremely quiet, wonderful views, staff very nice. Think we were the only Europeans in for breakfast, which was mostly catering for the Asian market . There was cornflakes, eggs, and bread, streaky bacon and sausage slices available if you didn't want Asian .

Least expensive 5-star hotel I've ever stayed at! Great views from the roof, super nice rooms. The area around the hotel didn't have much going on, but was a short cab ride to more lively areas.

Wife dropped her phone as we got out of the car and broke the screen protector. The bellboy organised someone to come to our room and install a new protector for us for around $10. Excellent service, clean rooms and hot water. Good pizza shop next door with western style food if you miss home.

I got and I could do what i wanted! Perfect place to stay! The view from the rooftop bar is stunning! Massage prices aren’t that expensive!!
