Aurora Nails & Spa Hanoi

Clean and comfortable place with good staff! I got the hand spa while my partner received the foot spa. We were both really satisfied and loved the use of paraffin wax. It left our hands/feet feeling silly smooth. I also got gel removal and gel manicure, and loved the outcome! The ladies were very kind and gracious when I switched colors after the first coat due to a miscommunication.

The best manicure I have ever had! The nail techs paid attention to every detail and were extremely helpful choosing my design. The staff were very friendly even providing delicious tea during my visit. I could not recommend this salon enough, if you are in Hanoi and want your nails done you must go here!

Had gel extension and design. Showed the nail artist a picture and she nailed it. Really took her time to get everything right and was accommodating of my requests. 2 ladies speak perfect English which is helpful. Free tea. Great experience I loved it. I looked around at prices and this place is average (mayne even slightly lower) for old quarter. Recommend!

I had both manicure and pedicure here. Everything was awesome! I’ve got a lot of attention and care, staff was very professional. The room itself is bright and clean, chairs were comfy. I can definitely recommend the place, it’s not the first place where I had my nails done, but so far the best. They have a good selection of colours and they also do nail art. You can choose your own design.

Great place for nails. I went here twice during my stay. I showed them a design and the technician was able to replicate it as closely as possible. She was gentle and listened to my requests.

The other ladies there were really friendly and helpful too.

One daughter had pedicure and the other two got their nails done. Me (dad), had a foot spa, pedicure and foot mask.

We spent about two hours in the Spa, getting everything done.

The ladies working there were very professional and friendly. The cost was so reasonable compared to what we would have paid in Australia for the same service.

Specially made a trip to Aurora Nail after reading good review on google, it was an awesome trip. There were 2 staff (forgot to ask for their name) in the shop when i visited, a young girl attended to me and she is really helpful in helping me to decide the best colour combination and design. The manicurist who is in charge of drawing the design is a perfectionist which is good! I love it so much! I did manicure and pedicure in singapore, malaysia, thailand before, i would say my experience with Aurora Hanoi is the best so far. Price is really transparent and reasonable! If i ever visit Hanoi again, i will definitely be back! 🥰

My mother and I had a wonderful experience at Aurora Nails. It was easy to make a booking via google chat. Rose attended to us and explained the various gel and options. Staff was very detailed and delicate in the mani and pedi. The prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely be back when I visit Hanoi!

Really lovely, had Normal gel with design on 4 nails. Beautifully done! Husband had a foot massage and was a great service too.
Was not busy so felt very calm space.

I made a last minute booking through Google Maps chat and they were very accomodating and did not rush at all even though I was the last customer of the evening. They all spoke English and understood what I wanted- the nails turned out beautiful! The lady checked if I felt comfortable and asked if the color was what I wanted, amazing service and so affordable.

From start to finish my experience at Aurora was superb! The girls are so warm and inviting- I was offered tea immediately and talked through the different brands and colours.
My cuticle work is brilliant, the colour is evenly applied and rich in pigment but the foot scrub at the end was a perfect accompaniment. Thank you so much Aurora for the best pedicure I’ve ever had- and all for 430k!!!

I went to Aurora Nails & Spa Hanoi with my 3 daughters. I saw their reviews on Facebook and they are located just next to my hotel. They are very detailed and they took great care when they did our manicure, testing colours and making sure the designs are good. I will highly recommend Aurora Nails & Spa Hanoi to anyone staying in Old Quarters if you want high quality nail service!

THE BEST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD. Giang is the best. I showed her a picture from pinterest and even added a few charms they showed me in the store (they have a huge selection of colors and shapes so you get exactly what you want) and these are my DREAM nails!! I got gel acrylic nails with extensions and the nail shape (almond) was PERFECTLY executed and flattering (which is the biggest gamble at a nail salon). Giang my nail artist is so talented and was so kind to me !! She made sure I liked my nails (shape, color, design) each step of the process. She did such intricate designs (like how she glued each individual pearl by hand and did a “glass” shell design) and Thao helped me explain what I wanted because she spoke perfect English and was very patient and attentive with me. I am from America and would never be able to get such beautifully designed nails in America, especially at this price. I could not be happier! If you want elegant, skilled, best quality nails with intricate design work, come to this nail salon for the best!! Very nice, very clean salon and the price was very reasonable for the gel acrylic extensions with designs and charms that I got. The proof is in the picture!! I am planning to go back in 2 days to get the same and another design in a press-on nail version so that I can bring them back to the US with me. You will not regret choosing Aurora!!
