Accompanying my foreign friend to purchase products here, we were very pleased with the staff's communication skills. I've been to many places where few people speak English well, and it felt quite inconvenient. Highly recommend for international visitors.

I had a positive experience here. After reading the reviews, I found the package I wanted online before going in, then showed them and told them this I what I wanted.

I paid 455k total for 5gb/day for 3 months. Package SD135 at 135k/30 days x 3 plus 50k for the sim. I was set up within 10 minutes. Don’t forget your passport/ID.

Really good customer service, the woman that helped me was friendly and went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. Very straightforward plans at very good prices.

I was scared due to the reviews, but I must report that we got 2 sims for 15 days with 1.5gb/day for 500k (overpriced, but reception of Viettel is the way to go).
I saw the woman take the sim from the package and they kept working for 15 days.

There seems to be bad reviews here, but I've been to this store twice now in 4 years when travelling, to get an unlimited data sim for a month and always had good service. They set up the SIM for me and do everything and have signs on the counter with the prices. Doesn't seem to be a scam at all. If you're travelling with another person just get one unlimited data sim and hotspot for the other person and pay half each. Always worked well for me! :)

The lady at the store was very efficient and I got in and out setting my phone with in a few minutes.

Bought a new a71 there. Staff was not pushy and didnt follow me around. I was able to sit for 10 mins and go through reviews before making my selection. Everyone spoke good to decent English. I didnt feel like i was being followed around for being a foreigner or given a hard sell. It was easy, it they didnt make me want to run away and shop online. Real product, warranty, none of the worries buying online (yes, there are fake iphones and samsungs).

They are always helpful and the staff speak English, which makes it a really convenient store to go to if you are a tourist or a foreigner with little knowledge of Vietnamese.

Helpwd sort out sim and vpn access to get it to work on my samsung s4. Bit of a wait but fine by me. Bought loads of data for little cost. Gets my vote. Thanks team.

Local sim card, viettel store, service is very helpfull, friendly, the process is fast and cheap, 170,000 vnd to 7GB per valid for 1 month(8/3/2017). Recomended!
