Small hotel. Friendly staff. No meal service except for drinks & shakes. They have travel & tour packages. Up to 5th floor (I guess) but no elevator (only stairs). Our room's sink was slightly detached but functional. Door is locked but won't tighten. Good space in the room. Cheaper price. The location is perfect as it's near the lake, in the old quarter, near restaurants, near night market, etc. From airport to hotel took us 30 minutes and 15 USD fare. Use grab car as it is cheaper and convenient. Overall, our 4-day stay is perfect.

Perfect Location to visit the city center. A lot of nice restaurants/bars/Cafés around and close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff is so helpful and kind. I REALLY recommend !

We stayed there for one night and my girlfriend got a health issue that required us to go to the hospital. The tenant woke up in the middle of the night to call us a taxi and then allow us back in, and also provided us with ice cubes and everything we needed for no additional charge.

We got the super king bed accommodation. The room was spacious, clean and very pretty with the marble floors. The bathroom is one unit with the toilet, sink and shower all in one. They offer a beverage menu for a great deal and can bring it up to your room. They can book tours and exchange money. The rate for CAD dollar was very good. 17.4 dong for 1 CAD dollar when the national exchange rate was 17.8. The front of the hotel doesn't look like nice and there are a ton of stairs... 4 flights of stairs to get to our room 304.

하지만 아마도 이 방만 이럴거에요. 그나마 이 방은(2백호) 이 가격에 양호한 편이에요.
제가 항공편/라오스 갈려고 공항갔다가 부킹을 잘못해서 급하게 공항에서 잡고 와서 얼리 체크인 할때방은 정말 기절. 아마 리뷰 편차도 그래서 그럴거에요.
2백3호는 에어컨은 켜지지도 않고 벽지는 북한스타일에 다 떨어져있고 침대는 푹 꺼져 스프링이 덜렁덜렁 조명은 깜빡깜빡 정말 을시년 스러운게 이런거구나 싶어요.
침대가 아마 중고가구 따로사고 어디다 내놓은 매트리스 쓰는것도 있고 각각 따로인가봐요. 이방은 깨끗은한데 도미토리 쿠션감ㅋㅋ
처음방은 에어콘이 안켜졌다 몇번만에 켜졌다가 우~우우왕 우왕 우왕 오오오옹 찬바람도 제대로 안나오고 제맘대로라서 그 핑계로 2시에 다시 올테니 방 바꿔달라고 한거였어요.
위치는 호수도 성당도 공항버스편도 가까워서 굳 이지만 냉장고도 없고 생수가 없어서 메이드한테 물 달랬는데 하나만 주고 그나마도 다음날 남자직원이 돈 달라고...! 야간에는 남자직원 한명이 1층에서 자고 11시쯤 셔터 내립니다.

딱 가격 그만큼...
