What a Great agency! So helpful! We Made changes the night before Our trip and They Made everything possible to extend Our stay on the cruise. The la Regina cruise was the best! So luxerous. And the staff Made Our stay even better! The transport was very well arranged in a luxe touringcar. So the way to Halong bay was very relaxed. Booked a one-day Route 1 trip to Ha Long Bay! What a great experience! Our tour guide, Mr. Ui was super experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Also quite funny! The trip was well thought out as it included all important sightseeing places while avoiding overcrowded areas. It also included an opulent lunch on a boat. And the bus driver was super calm despite the insane traffic, making the trip even more pleasant!

Amazing! We left our bags! They were great. Next time will travel with them

I joined the dragonfly cruise today to Ha Ling Bay. The staff are very friendly. My tour guide Uy is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He attentively remind us all necessary things in his humorous way.
The tour is a relaxed one and we dined at the cruise and having simply family dishes. They taste good.

Our first trip to Hanoi, we took up a small group (ard 20) Halong Full Day tour under Dragonfly, booked through Charming.

Our itinerary is 8am pick up, 3.5 hours to HLB (toilet break in between), lunch on board, visit to 2 islands and then 3.5 hours trip back to Hanoi, all in 12 hours.

The pick up was on time. The bus, a 20+ seater is comfortable. Our guide, a 20+ year old Vietnamese chap name Jack speaks decent English to introduced us some history of Hanoi and Halong Bay attractions. The bus has wifi.

Trip to and fro - may sound long but we slept throughout. The drive is safe and within speed limit.
Food on board - good decent food.
The cruiser - clean and tidy.

Overall - great! January isn't peak holiday season so there's less tourist and that makes the trip so relaxing and nice. The peak months are summer months. Best time to visit is autumn where the air is cooler and no rain and less tourist. Good family trip.

Abbiamo prenotato halong bay giornaliera. Organizzazione impeccabile. Puntuali, ottimo pranzetto in barca, bella la visita alla grotta ed il giretto con la barchetta di bamboo....infine guida simpatica e mai invadente. Se posso fate una critica: ridurre il tempo di fermata che viene fatto a metà strada, sia in andata che in ritorno!
