The excursion was very nice The staff was pleasant to serve us and help us with what we need for the food was very nice and the transportation from the hotel to the cruise and back was excellent

Excellent day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay hosted by Phong. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. The tour pickup was on time and I did not feel rushed. Food was good as were the sights and experiences. I think it's unnecessary to do the overnight cruise unless you specifically want to sleep on a boat.

The bus driver and boat staff were nice and friendly too.

We have a Ha Long Bay tour with Peter (Soai) and he was phenomenal. He's friendly, tentative and acknowledgable. He gave really good history on the tour, his English is really good so you won't have any problem understanding and follow him around. He took really good care of us and the whole "Peter's family". We are really happy with the tour and would highly recommend Peter has the guide for any future trips in Vietnam, Hanoi.

Booked HaLong trip from this company during my stay in Hanoi. It was very well organized. Our tour guide Jacky was very good, made sure that all things from pick up to drop were very well taken care off.

Huy was a fantastic guide. Super entertaining and made the trip. We had plenty of fun and Huy was hilarious—it was like an 8 hour standup special especially hiking through the caves. Very much recommend going with Huy.
