I don’t like writing bad reviews, but our experience was so bad that it is deserved.

We checked in around 3pm and paid 300k for a room which had a long plastic wall, a door with no lock, hair all over the floor, and a bathroom which looked like it had never been cleaned. We tried to ignore this, but the relentless noise from the owners and traffic which vibrated the entire room meant we had to pack up and leave to find somewhere else at 6pm.

Obviously the language barrier is a difficulty, but I politely explained via Google translate that we couldn’t stay due to the state of the room and noise, and asked for a partial refund (not the full 300k). The owner was unbelievably rude and aggressive in response - absolutely no interest in addressing any of the problems we had with the room. Her husband was also dismissive and rude. Luckily one of their teenage grandchildren actually spoke to me through Google translate and helped me get 100k back after 15 mins of negotiating.

Their behaviour was rude, unwelcoming and disgusting. If you value hospitality and a room with minimum acceptable standards, go somewhere else. Would give lower than 1 star if possible.
