Good place to visit and know more about the history of minority people. Nice piece of art showcase when you can see a local artist makes a indigo fabric.

Interesting mansion left over from the French colonial time with history of the family who lived there. They also make corn spirit out the back which is very potent! Well stocked souvenir shop with lots of local items.

A must see when in Bac Ha. We spent hours in this place taking in regional history. Their were three live artist demonstrating there craft. Wind pipes, painting on cloth and weaving. Awesome visit after the popular Sunday Ethnic Market.

It's a must visit if you're around the area, but won't consider travelling just for this. The architecture is quite unique and beautiful since there isn't many like this in this area. This was built by the local drug dealer/warlord in 1921 and its been maintained quite well.

The only let down was there's numerous rooms kept open but they were mostly empty. Would have been good to have some exhibits in them.

The ticket costs 20K.

The mansion of Hoang A Tuong family, from the early 19th century was built according to European architecture. This place sells many specialties of Bac Ha district; Special corn wine, sticky rice, Kitchen buffalo meat.

Very good place to visit in Bac Ha town. It is located right in the center of the town with very good view. I wish to know more information about this place, the owner and family who lived here before. Hope to come back one day.

Rare nice vestige of local ethnic people to remind/compare with all huge North mountainous area to deep understand about the history of the history since 18th century.

Good place to see some history if you're passing through.. I wouldn't just go there for it on its own though.
