I had a great time at Thai Ha Homestay. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. I stayed two night and ate with the family both nights, the meals were incredible and the hospitality was top notch. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an authentic home stay experience!

I barely post any comment about any accommodation, but I truly enjoyed at Thái Hà Homestay. I have slept at least in 30 homestays all along the country, since it is the sort of accommodation that I choose everytime I go for a motorcycle road trip to remote mountain areas, and Little Phuc, his parents and his older brother were the best hosters ever. I was travelling with a group of young Westerners and Vietnamese and we all loved our stay. The dinner was great, they really made us feel part of the family and we talk about many interesting topics. Phuc was constantly filling my bowl with fresh tofu and vegetables, the house was beautiful, nice hot showers, nice view, quiet area, it was also fun when Phuc and his parents dressed me up like a Muong woman. Plus the scenery in this part of Lao Cai province, almost bordering Hà Giang is just breathtaking, absolutely pristine, cool and authentic! If you go to Bac Ha, this is the right accommodation choice!! Can't wait to go back again :)
