The absolute best place for bánh tráng nướng in Đa Lat. We had the Đặc Biệt 2 with extra Quail eggs and it was just that good, we had to order another.

Keen to try a good Vietnamese pizza in Dalat, we decided to try the place where Luke Nguyen attempted to make it with the locals.

Like most authentic Vietnamese eateries, you sit on low tables and kindergarten chairs to eat. The staff were super helpful and shows us how to cut the pancakes so they are easy to eat, how to mix the sauces, and to understand the differences between the soft rolls and the hard ones.

We had a great time, and loved the food, the atmosphere and the service. Must visit again!

This is one of the must eat food in Dalat. Vietnamese pizza. This is basically a variety of ingredients sprinkled on rice paper and bbq on a charcoal grill to a crisp. Watching the row of Vietnamese aunties preparing the pizza can be so mesmerizing. Don’t know how to order? Just point at the first item in the menu which is the special, and tuck in!
There are other popular places that sell this dish but this is the most crowded i have seen by far and the best i have tasted.
There is no toilet.

Good to go both in the morning and evening. In the morning you can have bread with soup + meat, in the evening rice paper pizza (similar to Flammkuchen). Both is quite delicious and the place is usually packed.

In Dalat, besides xíu mại bread, this is a must-try dish. Grilled rice paper is sold all over Dalat, but in the late afternoon, Dì Đinh is one of the best places to have it.

The place is located right on the main road and easy to find, but there are not many seats, so you may have to wait a bit for a table sometimes.

100x better than you’ll find in the market area! These bad boys are wonderfully crispy in the bottom, resulting in what might be the perfect texture combo of smooth and crunchy. It’s not much to look at, but please don’t neglect this dish during your time in Da Lat. absolutely worth it.

The food was good and the service was surprisingly really good since there was one waitress that spike English. Should definitely try Vietnamese pizza if you are in Da Lat.

This is a great place to try the local cuisine. It was packed with customers, and we soon found out why! The pizzas were delicious and very reasonably priced, the menu has lots of choices, and despite how many people were there the service was fast. I would highly recommend going here when in Da Lat to try Vietnamese pizza!
