My 3rd stay at Zannier. Keep coming back for the corals. You can chill all day on the beach. Everything great. Super hospitable staff. Room clean & comfy. Buggy service very efficient. Food & beverage quite pricey though (its 6star resort anyway).

The difference between this resort and other 5-Star resorts is the setting. While many luxury resorts have fantastic service, spa, food and amenities (all of which Zannier has), the property sets this resort apart. It is absolutely massive and incredibly beautiful. The view from our villa offered sweeping views of the most gorgeous beachfront I have seen at any resort across the world. Lovely place and would highly recommend. My only guidance is to be thoughtful of the time of year that you visit. It can be very cloudy and rainy late in the year. Rest assured, even with rain, the resort offers unparalleled relaxation and serenity.

One of the most beautiful hotels we ever had the pleasure to enjoy. That is if you like the vietnamese countryside and the beach. The property is huge creating a very private feeling. Rusty bicycles are standing by to get around. Staff's attention and care were perfect and we would have loved to stay some more days.

I had a fabulous 4-day stay at Zannier Bai San Ho. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Because so many of the villas feature private pools, the common areas (beach, pool, etc) were never busy and often felt like I had the entire resort to myself. Every detail in the hotel was thought of. The crescent beach is spectacular; clean, soft sand, great swimming, decent snorkeling right off the beach, and gentle waves you can hear throughout the resort to rock you to sleep. After a few weeks travel in SE Asia it was so nice to be able to walk for an extended length without getting run over by scooters and feeling completely safe (I clocked about 3 miles of paved trails throughout the resort).

Special shoutout to Trinh who always helped me select the best dishes and Ngan for leading a wonderful bike tour into town. Try the Limonata drink at the beach, you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful time at Zannier! Special thanks to Ngân, the girl who helped my family chose our breakfast. She's so friendly and helpful. The receptionists are kind and very gentle. We felt really good vibes and everything else are just perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in early December. It was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. Firstly the property is stunning, a mile wide bay with beautiful sand and crystal clear sea (no rubbish, seaweed etc) framed by landscaped gardens. The hotel building and villas sit perfectly within this setting, they are so tastefully designed with great attention to detail and striking a true balance between being rustic but also very functional. The pool at the hotel has an incredible view over the entire bay. We were put in a beach villa which was vast, beautiful and homely - the ability to walk straight out onto the beach was lovely. We did not go up to the hill villas but I can only imagine that they have fantastic views, particularly at sunrise. The food was all excellent, we love Vietnamese food and were not disappointed, the breakfast is particularly impressive. We also did a cooking class and had a private dinner on the beach which would highly recommend. The Cocktails and beer and wine selection was vast and we were still discovering new drinks even at the end of our stay. The other hotel facilities were good (gym, Padel/tennis courts, Spa) and we certainly didn’t feel bored even after 2 weeks. It should be noted that because of the vast size of the property that you will need to get Buggies to most places (although the walks are nice if not too hot) - the reception team were very efficient in dispatching one that arrived within minutes each time. By far the biggest plus for us was the service and quality of staff; it was our first time travelling with our 6 month old baby so obviously we forgot numerous things but nothing was too much - additional pillows, baby robes/towels, a great cot, even a bottle steriliser. This was just one example to show the lengths that Tim, David, Michael and their team (Linh, Trieu, Dung, Dung, Ai, Dao, Nhi, Nha, Trung, Minh, Phat, Andy, and everyone else!) will go to ensure you have the best experience possible. We cannot thank you enough for making it such a special 2 weeks and giving us some unforgettable memories. As a note to those considering the hotel with young children I would say it is perfect - the hotel has a very grown up feel but there is plenty for the kids to do and the staff are just so warm and welcoming. We wish the hotel every success and are already looking to book our return.

We stayed in this paradise land for 5 days.
Was sometimes raining cats and dogs, but it did not really disappoint us.

The set and the design are unique. I would take each piece of carefully selected furniture back home if I could).

And what a beach!!! Enormous and empty.

David, Javier and their super team did their best for us to enjoy our delayed honeymoon trip.
We will miss our afternoon cocktails with Saigonopoly board game, tastiest breakfasts and night reading at our room terrace in the middle of this very well
maintained jungle.

Hope to visit their Sonop lodges someday soon.

Thank you all and please keep this gem safe! We will definitely be back!

Unexpectedly unforgettable. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place, the atmosphere accomplished trough design and interior is unique. Would say it has become the best hotel I have been to, taking into account I value most a quiet location, scenic veiews, attention to detail and great design. To compare, i’d say their standards, and looks, match the Six Senses group - but much more affordable. I really believe it is great value for money - will 100% come back again.

A truly world class resort, in fact, the only one we managed to find in Vietnam. The grounds are an absolutely beauty, with the architects striking the right balance between homage and modernity. (IMO moreso than the stark grandeur of Amanoi or the generic modernity of Anantara Quy Nhon)

Service was so good that my mother compared it to Singita. For a sense of what a great achievement this is: Singita has dedicated service and excursion staff for every room, and is priced many multiples higher. Here, everyone provided the same level of hospitality, remembering us by name, our beverage preferences, giving my mum ginger tea when they hear her coughing, etc. The train/airport transfer vehicle came with wifi, chargers (!), and drinks provided.

There was a sense of generosity embodied by the huge loofah by the bathtub, the satisfying chunks of fish in the dinner hotpot, and the way the staff ply you with recommendations at breakfast, or order any snacks and drinks you want from local cafes during excursions. Everyone seemed proud to work here, and rightly so.

My only small nitpicks are to train the spa staff better (you get better massage technique in the top hotels in say, Bangkok or Bali), fix the broken gearing on the Trek bike, and improve the pizza. Haha the crust is so flat that it more resembles flammekueche than pizza, and the tomato sauce lacked umami — a waste given the beautiful pizza oven they have.

A new favourite beach holiday location. Masterful execution of touching lightly this beautiful site. Delightfully friendly service through all aspects of the resort. Looking forward to returning.

Of all the resorts I've been to in Vietnam, Zannier has now surely been on top of my list. I love the aesthetic here, so rustic and influenced by Cham people tradition. I love it when international brands come to Vietnam and infused local touch in its architecture. Honestly, The room was so beautiful that I didn't mind staying the the villa all day to enjoy its charm.

I also love the restaurant (another top-notch design), especially the breakfast sections. The options were decadent of both Vietnamese and Western dishes. I love the Bun Cha Ca which the noodles were transparent and tasted like pearls in boba tea lol. I always chose the sit outdoor to savor the great ocean views.

In terms of entertainment, Zannier has heaps of options for guests to choose from (paid and free activities galore). I took the hiking section but wished it were more adventurous or challenging. Just walking was a bit plain. But anyway, I got the view the overall landscape of Zannier from the top and learned that less than 10% of land area were built while the rest is conserved , so another kudos to that. Zannier is also one of few resorts that take watersports seriously. It was the first in Vietnam to have a wakeboard, we tried it thanks to the voucher credit of 1mil when we booked.

Overall, I love Zannier and I can't wait to come back here!! Keep up the good work Zannier team!

The hotel resort is great! The resort is up to it reputation. We are very welcoming when we checked in. The staff took care of everything for us while we were asked to have a refreshment. Everthing took about 15 min and we were drive away to our beach villa! The kids are exited to discover villa with pool and beach front view!!!
The staff are very professional and answer to all of our needs!
Over all we recommend greatly this place!
There is one thing that I would advise to the resort is to have a kid center so the parent would have some parent time😁.

Zannier presents a strikingly opulent experience unlike any other in Vietnam. For enthusiasts of wabi-sabi, Rusticism and antique architecture, this destination is a must-visit. As an avid photographer myself, I found each and every corner of this location to be a treasure trove of photogenic subjects.

However, a mere two-day stay would scarcely suffice to explore all of the resort's amenities and unique features. A minimum four-day stay is highly recommended to truly savor the numerous delights on offer.

One hour car ride from Quy Nhon airport, this picturesque hotel is tucked away in the mountain range in Bai Son. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed every part of this experience. Highly recommend going here!!

Easily one of the best 4 resorts in Vietnam!
Beautiful luxurious minimalist design, stunning views, professional staff. Food is great, and delicious local seafood is also a few steps outside the resort. Cute dogs come to say “hi” on the resort beach (but won’t come close to you).
Fantastic walk or run route in the resort. I had good workouts!

What a magical relaxing place to visit. We came here to get away from the Saigon hustle and bustle and this was paradise. The land is beautiful (at 98 hectares it is one of the largest resort spaces in Vietnam), yet the building density is very low so you never feel crowded. This laidback feel, along with a deep Vietnamese rustic sense of aesthetics, is what makes this space special. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. We spent three nights during stormy weather so could not try many of the water activities. However, the spa was fantastic and if you don't mind getting out of the resort to discover the local places, the bicycle tour into the small fishing villages is recommended. Food is great too! The Vietnamese local dishes in particular are worth trying, as well as all the fresh seafood. This resort is not for you if you seek action, live music and entertainment. There are plenty of other places in Vietnam that offer that. The uniqueness here is the space that allows you to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Family of 5 staying for 4 nights at this beautifully designed luxury resort. Paddy rice field bungalows are charming and hill pool villas have the best coastal views
Pros: blissful beach retreat with distinct architectures. Private sandy beach,
We enjoyed the most tasteful breakfast buffet with additional a la carte menu. Staff is attentive and genuine. Property is well maintained. We loved the complimentary and reasonably priced activities, especially the short boat ride snorkel tour to the colorful coral reef.
Cons: there was a couple of hiccups prior to and on the first day of our stay. The GM made time to listen to our input and you could tell improvement was made on the very next day. At times the buggy rides might take up to 10 minutes due to the spread out of the villas. It’s a 1&1/2 hr car ride to the resort and food prices are a little high, however it’s on par with other 5 star resorts

Tips: front desk can help arrange local taxis if you want to venture to town for local seafood restaurants for about $17 round trip. Pack your own sunscreen

The grounds and room design of this resort are one of a kind and unique. We ended up getting two side-by-side hillside villas for our family. The views of the beach, ocean, nearby islands, and part of the town are phenomenal. The hillside villas give us the seclusion and our own pools, yet we’re only a buggy ride away from all the resort amenities and the private beach.

The food at this resort is top notch in quality, taste, and authenticity. Their farm-to-table concept and the chef bring out the full flavors of many of our favorite Vietnamese dishes.

The staff, especially at the restaurants, improved services and became more attentive as we spent more time at the resort. Michael, the resort GM, made a point to stop by our table to say hi and see how we’re doing each day.

The buggy service can take time depending on the time of day. It’s due to the vastness of the resort, distance between the rooms, and frankly shortage of buggies.

A pet peeve for this hotel remains the lack of providing complementary sunblock to the guests. We would have to pay almost $150 to buy face and body sunblock at the resort. We ended up going into town and picking some up for less than $10.

Overall, the resort and our experience has been good and met expectations for a 5-star. We’re glad to have included our stay at Zannier Bãi San Hô into our Vietnam vacation this summer.

An addition to my earlier review. I would like to share our appreciation to the resort GM, Michael Wirz. Our flight to Hanoi was canceled due to weather from the nearby typhoon. He went out of his way to help arrange transportation and hotel to an alternative destination for our family. Thus minimizing the change and impact to our family vacation itinerary. Thanks again Michael.

Outstanding experience! All the staff is extremely professional and kind. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. The main pool was undergoing renovation during my stay, but the resort staff contacted me beforehand and offered to upgrade my stay to a private pool villa or to reschedule at no extra charge. I strongly recommend the pool villas, they are totally something else! Great food options, fresh seafood and fish. Amazing breakfast buffet. Overall magical!
