I would really recommend this hotel. I slept here only a night but the owner is very friendly and helpful. I arrive very late in the night, the hotel is near the bus stop and the owner opened to me. She gave me very useful suggestions about places where to grab food and she suggested and booked a tour to paradise and dark cave for me. After the tour I had to take another bus to move to another city and she allowed me to use the bathroom for a shower before the departure. She also booked for me the sleeping bus for reaching the other town and she was in contact with the driver to check that the bus was on time and there were no issues. The position of the hotel is perfect if you arrive very late with the sleeping bus and there are also nice restaurants/coffee shops nearby. Moreover the room was cleaned and charming. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my stay at Thanh Phat. The room was as pictured, clean and value for money. The girl at reception helped us book our tickets to Tam Coc and arranged the private transport for us at a great price. In terms of location, this place was great - 5 mins walking to Phong Nha Cave. The breakfast in the mornings were an added bonus and were delicious! Would 100% recommend this stay for Phong Nha

I just wanted to book a bus here and I got all information that I could need for the whole day in Phong Nha. Van at the reception helped me to find everything in town and around it and gave great suggestions. Because of her I found the best Bahn mi kn town, funky beach - great place to relax after the caves and got some good advice which caves were worth a visit. Thank you Van for making my day!!:)

We booked bus tickets from the reception of this hotel. When we ran into issues with the bus company, the lady who sold us the tickets did everything in her power to help us. We appreciate this great customer service and we recommend you buying bus tickets here! 😃

Let us check in at 4am and had a free breakfast. Room was very clean and had aircon and a fan. Good location on in the town. Staff were very helpful, we rented motorbikes and booked a bus to Hue. Would definitely return.

We had a nice room, big bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom too. Very friendly and english-speaking staff, also rent motorbikes for normal price. Breakfast food was good.

Personal is kind, offering good price for rooms. Drinks at the reception are not more expensive than close markets. Overall the hotel is very clean and with good location.

Location is convenient: right beside the bus stop of the sleeper bus to Phong Nha.
