The Song Apartment

This review was written in Dec 2023, so by the time you are reading this, it may not be true anymore.

The song is not your typical hotel. People buy some apartments then lease them to you, so it somewhat depends on your landlord. I also did not try the pool and other facilities so i have no comment about those.

Let's say the pros first:
- It's new, the rooms are clean and modern. Full of equipment that is suitable for a small family(Kitchen, washing machine, etc). AC works well if that what you care
-View is quite decent. My room is on floor 12, looking at the city. I think other rooms on higher floor must have a better view than mine. But I cannot complain about my room.
-Cheap yet spacious. I paid around $20 for a night(single bed).
-Elevator situation was not as bad as i thought. There maybe some waiting here and there, but the most i spent waiting is 5 min. But this is neither weekend nor holiday, so YMMV.
- Near center city and beach: it's about 15-20 min walking to the beach. It's also near the biggest supermarket in city, and there are some convenient store at ground room.
- Entertainment: There is a pool on the top floor. I did not try but some say it's decent.
Now let's talk about the cons:
-While the elevator is decent, they are confusing. They sometimes update the floor for which the elevator is allocated. When i first arrived at the b1 elevator can go from floor 5 to 15, but the next day it could only go from 15 to other higher floor. The instructions just made things worse, since it's outdated now.
-Noise: Don't expect any noise isolation. You can hear anything outside in the hallway.
-Hygine: well, let's just say it's not up to 4-5 stars rating if that's what you expect. But for what i paid it's fine.

Overall, i can say this is one of the best places to spend your holidays in Vungtau. Some Other hotels or apartment may not come close to this. Thanks the Song

Good apartment to live for your holiday. You may go to Agoda to get the best price even better in hotels with the same quality. You can cook if you want. The disadvantage is that the lift is crowed,traffic jam always happen.

Happy with it. Next to Lotte mart and a lot other shops. Not far from the beach

My apartment has great views of the beach. I can't complain at all about the apartment. There are lots of items in there if I so choose to use them. The place has a fridge, washing machine, 2 AC, 1 in lounge and other in bedroom. Nice 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the kids' pool. The main pool is on the 36th floor. The cost from the owner was only $28 a night, which is very affordable. Overall, I give it a 12/10. I'm looking forward to coming back in July for another 17 day break.

Pros
– nice new property.
– fantastic facilities: swimming pool, kids playground, kids waterpark were all great.
- location was good. supermarket across the road is handy.
– value for money was unbeatable.

Cons
– serviced apartment, not a hotel, so no real immediate help if needed
– check in was not hard, but not uncomplicated

I like the appointments.. only the elevators can be bothersome. But only occasionally..

The contractor didn't build enough elevators. Ridiculous crowds waiting for the lifts. Beautiful building, apartments and pools. But lifts, ugh.

Good quality apartment but waiting for elevator is big issue.
So terrible to take 30-45 for go upstairs or downstairs

Escalators are hell.
Other than that amazing

We booked our apartment over Airbnb from a Superhost and were superhappy. It was very clean and modern, GS25 downstairs and a Lottemart 5min foot walk far away. For good food locations you can take a Grab taxi to the main street which takes about 8min.

We enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is new & fully equipped. There is a convenience store nearby & Lotte is also within walking distance. Beautiful view & clean apartment.

Best Building from Vung Tau and Nice Pool

Had a peaceful and comfortable stay

Recommend to get a try.
New, clean and large.
But garage and elevator are not good enough.
