Warm welcoming, very friendly staffs. Clean room. Quiet location. Breakfast quality is average. Executive lounge was good.

This is the fist time our family stayed here for holiday. Our kids really loved this hotel at first sight.

First, the room is spacious with a wonderful view of the city and the swimming pools.

Second, the room is designed with a unique layout, combining the bathroom, the toilet room, and the closet in the same space, separated by transparent glass. It is noteworthy that the bathroom is immaculate. In addition, the bedrooms are quite baby&kid-friendly since they offer rather safe place for them to play.

Third, the hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. Some of them are even proactive in offering assistance to us. They even ask for our comments on the service and improvements.

Last but not least, there are two swimming pools, with the small one under maintenance at the time of our visit. The big swimming pool provides with "strong sea waves" that my child really enjoys. If you want go to beach, just talk to the receptionist and she will arrange the van in 10 minutes. Then, the ride will take roughly 5 minutes to the hotel's beach equipped with toilet & bath rooms, as well as life guard.

Overall, we really love it.

Amazingly beautiful hotel and kind staff. Art inside the lobby is amazing! The cocktail bar on level above the lobby is enjoyable and drink price is reasonable considering the environment provided. Will definitely have to come back again with new comers😃

Great staycation. Clean and luxury room. How ever the light switch no marking. Need to memorize all the buttons.

Great place to stay, welcome repite from hussel and bussel of walking the streets, always good to come back to.

I was on vacation with my family and another family group who helped us booked the room at Pullman. It was great that we got free upgrades to our executive rooms with nice benefits. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city and beach. The bathroom was modern clean well built and terrific layout with separate toilet and shower included large soak tub. Super easy to use faucets with plenty of water pressure for hot shower, loved it.

The room was ice cold AC w super nice Downs comforter and comfy King size bed. One of my best sleep while in Vietnam. Free rides to and from the beach with beach towels provided.

The breakfast was beautifully laid out. Everything looked enticing. However, the food was lacking in taste, although they looked appealing. I just wished it tasted authentic. The western food did not taste as it should. It was very bland. The VN food was about the same bland tasting not aromatic like street foods. It would be nice to have other favorites in VN like pho, hu tieu, banh cuon, etc. The good part was at least they had plenty of food. They do have great desert and fruits.

Overall, the room and facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this resort. It is very comparable to the high end resorts in the U.S. Especially if the food improves it would be 5 stars rating on Everything.

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately is not a beach front hotel, however is walkable to the beach.

Even before getting to my room, I got the most attentive and caring customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel.
I arrived at the hotel right after my landing in Ho Chi Minh city and was greeted by a Bellman, who kindly offered to take my big suitcase and pointed me to the reception. As I had arrived before the check-in time, my room was not ready yet, but the sweet receptionist was so kind and offered me a welcome drink at the bar in the lounge, while I was waiting for her call, once my room would be ready.
I finished my drink and was admiring the beautiful lobby of the hotel when I came to an encounter with David Debrito, the GM of the hotel. He was there to meet, greet and just chit chat with his guests at the hotel.
That just brought the whole experience at this hotel to another level for me. It showed me the values this hotel has, and how it strives to provide the absolute best for its guests.

The room was perfect. Spacious, with a large window , with everything I needed and even didn't need to use the air conditioner as the temperature for me was just right and not too warm at all.

Breakfast buffet had everything one could wish for and more. It even changes slightly day by day, so you can easily find something you love to eat every morning, but also varies enough to not get bored of the same food every morning.

The stay is very good overall. Staff is friendly and helpful to upgrade my stay to level 9th. Room is new and beautiful. FO staff Ms. Hue is very nice and kind. Quang from Executive Lounge warm welcome us and advice us a lot in the evening.
Furthermore, we forgot 01 trouser and the staff has nicely informed and sent to our address in Ho Chi Minh city. Thank you Ms. Hường and Ms. Trinh operator for your help.

A surprise visit to the hotel for dinner brought a pleasant experience. While the decorations and atmosphere is beauty, it was the service that won us over. Especially the friendliness and professionalism of Bellman Quang. He was very accommodating and a surprisingly good photographer. We will return to stay here for future visits.

I have stayed at the Pullman Vung Tau , for a week. There is NOTHING negative to write about the hotel. The communication before my arrival were inviting, the staff from the bellman to the reception were very helpful. Hotel receptionist, Ms. Minh was really helpful to assist during my stay at Vung Tau. For muslim travel, halal foods is available here.The room was very nice! Thanks.

Apart from the fact it is not at the beach this hotel is absolutely fantastic! Great recognition of platinum members, an amazing lounge, breakfast and very comfortable rooms! The lifts are also very novel and with an atrium style its very impressive!

I recently stayed at Pullman hotel and had a fantastic experience! The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially from Ms. Phuong. From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, Ms. Phuong and her team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. She was always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
