However, it's worth noting that the facilities could benefit from some updates and maintenance. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved as there were some areas that appeared a bit dirty. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and accommodating, striving to make guests' experiences enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent beach spot, but some attention to cleanliness and modernization would enhance the overall experience.

Affordable seat price, crowded on weekend, fit for small group or family less than 15 people. The view is quite near to the beach; beside that, having pools for kids (0.5m, 1m, 1.5m) is also a strong point compared to others around.

Nice place having fun with family but at Vietnamese new year. There are too much people and no place for parking. If you are going to the beach go after Vietnamese new year or other days.

It was nice that you can have your own bqq party there. Also it's great that when the beach waves get rough you can use 1 of 3 swimming pools.
