Home Sweet Home

This is one of the best home stays I have ever stayed in! The location is absolutely amazing, right on the river waking up being surrounded by mountains. The host was so sweet and kind and the best cook. We had the most delicious dinner I have had yet in Vietnam in the last month. Highly reccomend it!!!

Stayed here in early October and had an absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful location and even more beautiful family that makes you feel like home (yes it lives up to it's name).

Located right at the end of the main road in Phong Nha, it feels secluded but with a scooter you'll be in the city center in just a couple of minutes. The view of the river is stunning, truly one of the most beautiful places i've ever been to.

The room was affordable, clean and cozy, nothing at all to complain about. We arrived in the middle night and were not only picked up at the bus station, but we could also check in and catch a few hours of sleep.

What makes this place truly special is the family. Having dinner and hanging out together was a great, enriching experience, learning about the vietnamese culture and the story of these wonderful people (and eating some of the best food we had in southeast asia).

Great Location. Simple home stay styled accommodation. But unlike most places in Phong Nha it’s located directly on the river with its own beach and jetty, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Direct views of mountains make this place a dream location at a wonderful price! Strongly recommend.

Had a drink and the best swim there!! Beautiful place, amazing views over the river with sundeck, super tranquil, short bicycle ride from the village center. Must visit!!

we stayed here for one night. we had fun with lovely kids. Family who owns this place is really friendly and so nice. Highly recommend this place :)

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Thuy et les siens. S'éloigner du centre est vraiment une bonne chose. Ils sont venu nous chercher aux aurores car notre car avait de l'avance. Leur banana pancake est absolument divin. Le dîner proposé sur place est vraiment familial. C'est un de mes meilleurs souvenirs au Vietnam. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

A ne pas manquer...vous serez au calme...avec une vue magnifique...Thuy et sa famille vous accueilleront avec gentillesse...des repas délicieux à partager... La possibilité de prendre un scooter pour vous lancer dans la découverte de ce lieu extraordinaire ! Foncez à Home sweet home!!!

Bon accueil par une famille charmante dans un environnement sauvage, proche de la nature. Belle vue sur le fleuve en face avec possibilité de s’y baigner.

Magnifique séjour au sien de cette famille adorable ! Très attentionnée, toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement !

This place is really nice. The family that runs it is very friendly and can help with anything. Just outside of town, which we thought was a bonus because it's nice and quiet and on the river. Vegan restaurant just across the street.
