Karst Villas Phong Nha

The best little accomodation in Phong Nha! The hosts are just the kindest people, they make sure your stay is just perfect. We arrived with the night train early in the morning and at 8 am we already had access to our room so we could rest, the sheets on the bed just smell so good and I think this was the best bed so far on our 1 month travel in Vietnam! We could make us of the bikes (for free) that were available to go into town and rent motorbikes if wanted to go a little bit further. The pool with the views is so beautiful especially for sunset! Would 100% recommend when you’re in Phong Nha!

This was one of our best stays in our whole trip traveling SEA! I read some of the reviews before our stays and saw someone write about how the staff wasn’t visible and that you couldn’t find them, but that was really not the case for us! This was the nicest family. Everyone was so sweet, smiling and the kids were adorable! We really didn’t wanna leave this place (also because they had 2 puppies and the nicest mama dog😮‍💨🥹😩) food was great, it’s a little 5-8 min drive on a scooter away from Phong Na town, but we only ate our dinner at this place! The family were so, so, so helpful with everything and made our stay so easy to enjoy! I could write so many nice things, but we absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back, when we go back north from Hoi An! Thank you!

The loveliest hotel I've stayed in!! The hotel is in a beautiful location, the views from every room are absolutely incredible, no matter the weather. The staff can not do enough for you and are so lovely - they upgraded our room, organised a free birthday cake for me, let us check out late, kept the kitchen open late for us. They booked us taxis and tours and they have free bicycles you can take to the beautiful surrounding countryside or cycle into Phong Nha. We ate dinner every night and it was great each time. Brilliant free fresh cooked breakfast. Would highly highly recommend this hotel, brilliant value for money and the best place you can stay in Phong Nha! Thank you for a great stay!

This was my favourite place to stay from our trip around Vietnam! Our villa, the pool and the balcony overlook the most stunning views of the rice fields – make sure you’re in the pool for sunset! The host was incredibly communicative before, during and after our stay via WhatsApp and in person which made everything really easy. The restaurant served the best food of our trip including maybe one of the chicken with lemongrass and chilli in a clay pot which I had twice and cannot stop thinking about since. We absolutely loved this place and truly hope we return here one day.

Really nice place! Our host Hùnh arranged a taxi for us to pick up us in the middle of the night to bring us to the hotel. The hotel has beautiful views over the paddy fields and the atmosphere is really peaceful and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and works hard. Breakfast is really good, you can order whatever you want. We stayed in a villa, which is very spacious. The highlight of the hotel is the pool, with amazing views. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The Villa located in a very beautiful areas with open view to the paddy field. The infinity pool is magnificent. Service quality also top-notch as the owner very accommodating to our needs. My friends stay a couple of days in the villas and when we came back for lunch, we were treated with welcome back lunch and kindness & care. Would recommend this cosy get-away place for family, friends, couples or solo travelers.

This nice hotel close to the Phong Nha town is so much worth it. The pool area is 10/10 with a beautiful mountain view and the rooms are very comfortable. We would definitely come back next time we are in Phong Nha.

This is a gem of a place out in the rice fields of Phong Nha. It's a little out of the way of town however that's no problem with very reasonable food and drinks. The mojitos were very moreish! Great range of vegetarian food that's packed with flavour as well as traditional Vietnamse and western items. The pool is refreshing and has an excellent view. The staff really make this place, they are attentive, accommodating and great fun 😁 I ended up spended extra nights here because it was so beautiful. Enjoy!

Room it's amazing but when u stay u notice the bed its noisy. Bathroom its amazing. Reminds me to the maldives hotels. It's really confortable but the chairs inside the room didn't alow dinner there also the table in the terrace its uncomfortable we move all for take a dinner. The lake its amazing for take pictures. The service of the girls its really good. We had a good night there.

Amazing place. Amazing location away from the city with stunning views, you can use a bicycle if you want to explore, the staff are so friendly and the food is lovely. We definitely would come back here if we visit again.

One of the best places I’ve ever been. The location is amazing, it’s super quiet and calm, so, if you are looking for some relax, this is the place to stay. The views from the room and the pool are the best. The food is made at the moment and it’s super tasty. Finally, the service is superb, the owners speak English really well and the rest of the people are super kind. Highly recomendable :)

The entire family is incredibly welcoming, had the feeling of a four or five star hotel but with a homestay atmosphere. The pool is certainly one of the best parts. We were there 2 nights, in a villa and was an amazing great experience for the value. Even partied at night with some other local guests. Definitely one of my favorite places in all of Vietnam to stay

Nice spacious rooms with a great view. Owner Hung is very helpful. Food is nice and atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Free bicycles available or rent a motorbike to travel further to explore the area

We had a wonderful time staying at the Karst. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the scenery, and the friendly doggo. Everything we wanted help with such as tours or bikes was arranged for us with zero fuss. They made everything so easy and stress-free. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Totally recommend. Very good value as well I think. And the food is very good too. As good as any of the other restaurants that we visited in town.

Great little homestay with incredible views of the surrounding rice paddies. The owners are a super chill local family that speak great English; they helped us arrange local tours and transportation when our original plans fell through.

It's a 10 minute motorbike ride or 30 minute bicycle ride from the villas into the main strip where all the restaurants are, but they also offer food at the homestay if you don't feel like heading to town.

The rooms are pretty spartan but clean and come with water bottles to drink or brush your teeth with. The views are beautiful but be careful about leaving windows and doors open or you might get visits from cute little lizards or not-so-cute bugs.

This was a nice home base for our visit to Phong Nha, we'll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful location with a view on the karst mountains of Phong Nha NP. Owners are very sweet. The swimming pool is spacious with enough place to relax and enjoy the sunset with a local craft beer in your hand.

Very conveniently located with 30 mins of all near by caves.. owners will help you book tours and bikes for transportation. Rooms are nice and cozy, though a few insects, but you are surrounded by farms so no complains. Food was decent, staff is extremely helpful. But the best part, the sunsets are beautiful from the property, worth staying just for that.

Staying at Karst made my visit to Phong Nha a special and unforgettable memory. The staff were very friendly, awesome views, clean and got to experience living next to locals. I had seen lots of places on Airbnb with nice photos but this is a place that you’ll what you saw in the photos!
