Hai's Phong Nha Motorbike

Oil change, tire pressure checked, bulb switched out and chain oiled for 200k. Left motorbike at about 4.30 and came back for it at 8. Everything nice and dandy, thanks.

Best motorbike shop I've been to in Vietnam! Always ready and willing to help. I was having issues with my chain coming loose every ~50km or so, he helped get my motorbike to the shop when the chain was knocked off. He helped troubleshoot and cut out a few links from the chain. He even sold me the tools and showed me how to tighten my chain while on the road. I also had my oil changed here, as well. He's a very quick and knowledgeable mechanic. If you need any motorbike help this is the place to go.

Went there as I rent a motorbike from Style Motorbikes, and they have this mechanic as partner. Drove from Hoi an to Phong nha so we stop for a check and oil change, chain oil, everything was good, fast, and 100k for the service. Thank you!

Hai is the best mechanic I’ve seen in years. My bike broke down on the mountain outside of town, he took me on his bike up there, fixed it, and did it for a fair price. Very amazing person who does great work. Please bring your business to him cause he does a good job, simple as that

My tyre popped on the way from Khe Sanh to Phong Nha and Style Motorbikes recommended Hai. It was getting dark and he was there quickly and replaced tube on the spot so I could get home and replaced tyre next morning. Got me out of a tight spot and got it done without a hassle

Good and reliable mechanic for all you backpackers out there. Fixed the headlight, tightened and oiled the chain, changed the oil, fixed my brakes. All within 30 minutes. Speaks a little English, but Google translate (offline) works best.

Best mechanic found in 2 years of riding VN. Hai is recommended. I would trust him based on my experience, as follows.
I bought this pretty hot bike in Da Nang (4th bike so far). I did some maintenance and hit the road north. Realized I had a carb problem and as a pretty good mechanic myself, it was out of my league. It was a "must fix" problem as I had to get to Ha Noi. Hai recommended by my hotel. Instead of ripping it apart and doing a full carb reset, he started with the simple and least expensive steps, and that was very smart. He checked fuel flow from tank, if gas was good and not watered, and a bunch of other things. Only then did he pull off the top end and then bottom of carb, without ever pulling the whole thing. Found the problem, and I hit the road. One hour and no real so I gave him 100K and he seemed very happy. I think this guy is top notch and now he will be my only fixer in Phong Nha.
