Vu’s Homestay

Located right in the middle of Phong Nha it’s in a perfect spot. It was clean, modern, and had everything you could want. We had the large private room right near the swimming pool. Unfortunately the weather was pants while we stayed but the pool looked great.

The lovely couple that own the homestay couldn’t have been better. We were given free tea and coffee every morning, as well as free use of the pushbikes throughout the stay. They cleaned our room and have fresh towels halfway through our stay too.

Would highly recommend. We’ll be back if we come back to Phong Nha again for sure.

Vu’s Homestay is located conveniently in the middle of the town, the rooms are very spacious and well furnished.
Most importantly Vu and An are so welcoming and make a point of trying to ensure that not only your stay at Vu’s Homestay is great but that you have an amazing time in Phong Nha.

Central homestay in Phong Nha with wonderful family hosts. They let us go into the room early from our sleeper bus and provided constant free coffee and tea.

They can arrange tours and buses for you and rent bicycles.

Weather wasn't good enough to use the pool but it looked nice too!

Great central location. Really cosy and clean rooms and the owners are so lovely and friendly, they let us in early when we were coming off a nightbus and they gave us free coffee/tea which was a brilliant perk.

Would highly recommend, 100% come back.

Beautiful and cozy homestay right in the middle of the Phong Nha town. The place was clean and stylish. There's a pool, patio, pool table, foosball table, and free bicycle. They also keep dogs and pigeons. Vu and his hot wife were very friendly and helpful. Vu's hot wife also spoke decent English. Everything from drinking water to taxi prices was more reasonable than many other places in town. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best homestays. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help us, from letting us check in at 3am and booking all our tours for a reasonable price. They made us coffee's every day as well and room was great. They also have a nice swimming pool, would definitely reccomend :)

Vu and Anna were GOLDEN! So lovely and helpful, they gave great advice, made lovely ice tea for us, had super cute puppies, organised tours and even woke up at 4am to help with our onward sleeper bus. 5* Highly rated!

Amazing place to stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the facilities were excellent (pool, pool table etc). Hosts were very accommodating and let us check out late for our overnight bus. The complementary lemon tea was also delicious. Would highly recommend!

Great rooms and pool, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location!

One of the best places to stay in Vietnam! The hosts are the sweetest family, that made us feel at home. We were supposed to stay for only one night but due to typhoon in our next destination we stayed for four nights. The host was so nice! She made us feel comfortable, made us tea, gave us water and candies and helped us with motorbike rental, order busses and other recommendations. The room was also really nice and comfortable, and they have a lovely garden outside with a pool.
If I’ll be in Phong Nah again I will defiantly come back!

Vu's was a lovely place to stay, the staff were great and really helpful. The room was nice with aircon and hot water etc, the pool looked nice and they had a pool table but we didn't have time to test either of them out.

I'd highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our time at Vu’s Homestay. The pool and sun chairs got shade in the afternoon which was perfect for cooling off. The family room was massive and the outdoor type private shower was an interesting surprise. The free coffee and tea all day was much appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.

The hosts were one of the kindest people we met on our trip in Vietnam. They went out of their way to help us out with anything we needed. They upgraded our room for free and the room was clean and spacious. Even the dorms had a very different bed arrangement with privacy.

This place is amazing! It feels like staying at a friend’s place where you immediately feel at home. The host Anna is the best host you can imagine: she offers you coffee/tea/lemonade whenever you around or need a drink after a long tour. She helped us organize everything during our stay and even waited with us for the bus to arrive and gave us cookies and water bottles for the way. The price is totally reasonable including a great homemade breakfast. We can only highly recommend coming here :)

Room is spacious and clean. Beds are great.
Pool is nice and there is a room with pool table and other games to play.
Breakfast is great, pancakes are delicious.
They keep offering coffee, tea and lemonade for free all day.
The place is not so big, only couple of rooms, which gives it a nice and relaxing feel. Location in middle of town is very convenient.

This place is so great.
The best thing about this place is the Amazing host Anna. She'll make you a tea/coffee/hot cacao whenever you want. She offered us a hot shower and a room after we checked out and waited for our bus, and gave us water bottles for the way. Comfy rooms, although the shower stream was a little weak, but it didn't spoil anything. All in all, it's a great Homestay, and the service is remarkable.

Nicest place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. Rooms are very nice and clean, as well as the pool area.

We were happy with the room and the breakfast. So we fully recommend this place. They have a beautiful swimming pool to relax and you can play pool and soccer in a room on rooftop. Our room was spacious and very clean. We loved the hot shower outside.

The can organize tours or other transport for you.

Communication was very easy. We got a lot of help when we lost our baggage during the transport to our next destination.
