Bánh canh Xuân An

We stumbled onto this little place, it was full to the brim with locals at lunchtime (for us 130pm).
The menu is super limited to soups, we had the Giò + Cha (special bowl), which had pork (tendon?) and some pork cake (like fishcake) with a glutinous noodle (maybe tapioca).
The soup was great, really flavoursome with a bit the oil from the meat in the soup.(which gives the flavour).
We also had the deep fried dough sticks, which you can dip into the soup. The tea served free was really nice and aromatic. Then finished with the 'cheese yogurt' which is great, slightly sour but sweetened. so it tastes a bit like a creme brule?

This is just a local place, serving local food cooked by a family. Its nothing special, pretty much like every other hole in Vietnam. The staff were really friendly, and spoke english well. Well worth a try if you are nearby.

The large pho bo(wl) is absolutely delicious with lots of flavor. If we had more days here we would eat here for sure again. The prices are absolutely alright (45k for the bowl) and you have to try the bread attached in the picture. Simple awesome. Thank you :)

Amazing. Banh Canh is one of my favourite noodle dishes in the entire world and this one is up there with the best of the best.

A well run restaurant with good food, excellent service and very reasonable prices. It was also walking distance from my hotel, so I enjoyed my first meal in Dà Lat there, and one of the last during my one week visit. Both were delicious. I had banh mi bo kho there twice, and also a good bowl of bun bo Hue another night as well. Three meals in one week, based on the meals I enjoyed, I'd recommend them.

First time trying local this dalat bánh canh specialty, did not disappoint! Very good and seemed popular with the locals.

Mình gọi bánh canh giò chả, nước soup ngon the cay nhẹ, bánh canh vừa tới ăn có độ dẻo dai. Phần này giò heo rất lớn và có thêm giò chả!

Chắc k cần dài dòng đâu: bánh canh ngon!! Ai chưa đi ĐL và chưa từng ăn thì nhớ có dịp cứ ghé thử nha. Nếu sống ở ĐL chắc mình sẽ là khách thường xuyên của quán!

Bánh canh bột lọc sợi ngắn nên ăn muỗng, không dùng đũa.
Yaourt phô mai thơm ngon, nhưng với mình thì hơi ngọt.
Có sữa đậu nành nóng.

Lần nào đến Đà Lạt cũng ghé quán này
Ngoài bánh canh ngon thì còn sữa chua tuyệt vời

Bánh canh ngon, vẫn giữ hương vị như 30 năm trước. Đặc biệt sữa chua phô mai rất ngon.

Bánh canh ở đây gu tui : bột lọc dai, chả dẻo nước dùng cay cay ăn ấm lòng giữa trời đà lạt

Bánh canh bột năng lạ, ngon 7/10 so với khẩu vị của mình.
Hợp với ai thích ăn bánh canh dai và đang cắt tinh bột.

Bánh canh đậm đà, sợi bánh canh bột lọc nên ăn sẽ hơi dai dai, mình ghé quán tầm gần 18h mà đã hết giò rồi. Nên đi sớm để tránh quán bị đông quá nè
